I honestly don’t know.
The 3 occasions we sent webforms were for them to send hubby’s BIL, update our medicals & 6 weeks post-application.

Here’s what I did:
I sent 2 mails each to the ircc Nairobi & Abuja offices everyday and 2 webform a day until they responded or acted upon my diff requests.

Though, I saw somewhere in this thread where another NLander shared like 6 ircc emails.

The content of the mail & webform were the same.
Like a formal letter, I began with my name, stating my UCI and application number & when I submitted. Then the body of the letter is where I mentioned my request or enquiry. Then closed the letter by thanking the officer & mentioning what I was looking forward to.
Then ended with a Yours Sincerely & my name.

Please in a situation where wife is applying for study permit and the husband is her sponsor. Can the husband also apply for SOWP along with the wife's application? If yes, then it means both will use the the sponsor's (husband's) POF?

Yes, this is what we did and submitted letter of sponsorship and affidavit of sponsorship

Application timeline

Upfront medicals: May 8
Application submitted: June 19
BIL for my baby & I: June 19
BIL for hubby: June 23 after webforms & mails
Biometrics done & completed: July 3
Medicals updated to passed for hubby: July 11
For daughter & I: July 14 after webforms & mails
Then silence!!!

On Friday, July 28, we started sending webforms & mails. Sent more on July 31.
Ghost update on portal: July 31
Repeated mails & webforms on August 1.
Correspondence letters & PPRs, same Aug 1.

Those were the best new month messages ever!

I experienced the same challenge. I sent mails to all the email addresses I found here with the subject as "urgent" I was sent the update for biometrics within 2 hours. I suggest you do the same

Please I just got admission in Cambrian college and the deadline for my first semester School fees payment is 17th February and going with Form A is looking almost impossible and the black market rate/ flywire rate is almost times 2. Please is there a way I can go around this, maybe with a bank that can fast track form A?
