That way if this USA card get compromised, all you need to do is file a dispute and the bank will provide credit for the amount that was stolen and go after the perpetrator. You have nothing to loose even if the bank can't resolved the issue. You have your money and that's what is important.

2. If you think you don't want to have to withdraw a huge sum of money at once to put in the USA bank, you can practice what I call Basket and Store principle. That two different independent Nigeria account. One will be the basket and one will be the store.
