nonsense thread |
why should they be the one to review their salaries; there is a government body for that very purpose : National Salaries, Income And Wages Commission. |
Only an ignorant or hypocrite would claim not to know why the DSS has to get involved in Rivers elections tribunal case. The REC refused to follow court orders to allow APC counsel access to the electoral materials. Then there is serious allegation against as having been bribed. This is a woman which N700 million has been found in her account. Does the national assembly of Rivers really think that they can use the Senate to protect the so obviously compromised Gelslie Khan. And they expecting the authorities to fold its arms while the compromised REC carries out the script of her benefactor? PDP is not serious. |
Icecomrade:there was no where I made an unproven judgement. I was only citing the circumstances sorrunding the event, which makes highly unlikely that the girl the 18 year old girl had sex on her mind. Haba, how many 18 years old girl are interested in sleeping with their father's friend. You on the other hand drew the conclusion that the girl allowed the man to sleep with her, even though it was probably her first tine ever being alone with him; and in a semi public place for that matter. like someone said, what if it was your sister? the question is still valid. |
Icecomrade:Shoro niyen? An 18 year old girl that was handed over by her to her dad's neighbour at 5 am in the morning, to help her in admission process; does it sound like sex about and hour later will be what's on the girl's mind? like someone asked you, what if it was your sister? Try and be sensible when you talk. |
Jorussia:maybe nothing may happen to Ameachi.; but as for him becoming Buhari's Chief of Staff, I don't see it happening. Buhari won't do it. He can't get secretary either. |
how many years he don marry wey he dey renew wedding vows? can he just simply recommit himself his wife. well na them know sha. As fat as it works for them, very good. |
In a way, I think this action is similar to what Buhari did when he was a military leader : he changed the Nigerian currency to frustrate those who have embezzled money and keep it in their houses. Only now things have changed, the medium for embezzling and stashing money at home now is in dollars. The medium for them to launder the money is in dollars. It seems Buhari is really serious about blocking all loopholes. Those that hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars of privately stashed dollars - the dollars are now trapped in Nigeria. This may bring some pain, but I think Buhari knows what he is doing. |
I think this is most probably fake |
Buhari Administration may not have started the repairs of the Refiniries, buy there is no doubt that change of leadership is strongly connected to the reason why the refiniries have started functioning If GEJ had been returned as the President, Diezani will still be Petroleum Minister, and NNPC will still be the same old corrupt NNPC, and the Nigerian PFP hawks will still be intact to continue to rape the nation; THEREFORE YOU CAN BE 100% SURE THAT IF GEJ WAS STILL IN POWER, THE REFINIRIES WILL NOT PRODUCE ANY PETROL. O TI SURE JU They will not produce because they were deliberately denied crude oil. |
THE BIG QUESTION Why does Seun or the Mods allow this forum to be used for false propaganda? It is so clear that this is a fabricated news, yet the Mods and Seun allow it to remain and even allow them to continue on the next one. There is no smoke without fire. |
agabaI23:Buhari said that because he's a very modest person. Though the turn around maintenance might have been done before Buhari came in, the fact remains they would still not be producing petrol if the GEJ had remained in power. The former administration had already said that the refiniries will come up in 2016. And there is no gurantee that when 2016 comes, they won't shift the goal post again. Concerning power, why did power suddenly improved. Nothing fundamentally changed apart from the leadership of the country. And there is this credible story, if you've not heard, because even Charley Boy alluded to it, that the engineers of the rifiniries wanted to be changed but they pleaded to retain their jobs by saying they will make the refiniries start producing near full capacity l within fee months. |
agabaI23:please stop saying nonsense. vandalism of the pipes stopped because it was state assisted vandalism. That is clear as night and day. The vandals have to stop because they were no longer protected. They knew they risking death or jail time. This is because the leadership at the top has changed. Just the same way the refiniries were assisted not to produce petrol by deliberately not giving them crude. why are you guys bent on twisting the truth and call white black and black white. God saved from a lot when he helped us to kick GEJ out |
Typical Bloody elitist capitalist...... so his brain sees no other solution to the problem other than selling to an already too powerful man. As if it wasn't delibrate sabotage that made the refiniries not to work |
holicalpha:So stu.pid and sensles post. even more stupi.d and senseless are the people who "liked" the comments. |
Saraki better watch hin side well. That Dino is not someone that should be trusted with anybody's wify. That aside, it's so stupid; even the husband no follow her. Which one com be your own. Is the woman an human rights activist or what? She's just the senate president wife's being queried for issues relating to corruption. |
very good; exactly what is needed |
my friend, you have made a lot of sense. only those with wisdom and a Godly and considrate heart will understand what you are saying. |
I think those ladies are not well; they need psychiatric help.. but that apart, if the Bible allowed Christians to marry two wives, wouldn't mind a deal like that, you get two for the price one. and you get two incomes Xmas coming in against yours too. and you'll know that they will be no fighting... everything will be peaceful |
RollingStones:please show me the link from a credible source to this news. Who announced the figurs? |
se na u package the 2.2 billion for presidential entourage? the 2.2 billion is just a figment of you people's imagination. |
Opinedecandid:even if u are Saraki suppoter or Tinubu hater, that's no reason for talking like a novice... ....as if you didn't know that under last dispensation that "stealing is not corruption. okay, why is that a government probe of NNPC is just coming now, after their many years of stealing? and why is is that EFFC that has been before now in a deep slumber just sprung to life? |
softvio:no sense |
I'm not a tribalsist; nott at all at all by any degree, but it's beginning to seem there IA something wrong with Igbo elites. Anytime an Igbo man or woman is involved in something shady or us being investigated by the authorities, they come out issuing warnings . and ultimatum. And Jonathan is not even Igbo |
they already have enough evidence against her; unless she wants to help implicated others |
It seems as if an abysmally low IQ is a condition for admittance into Nairaland. Immediately I started reading the news, I knew it must be dated. Then plan to open the link to the source, then I noticed that the OP even put the date. Yet people commenting didn't even take notice of the date, they start opening their mouths and talking. Nairaland full of dullards. |
porka:this are his quoted words as lifted from punch newspaper : “The amount of money is mind-boggling but we have started getting documents. We have started getting documents where some of the senior people in government, former ministers, some of them operated as much as five accounts and were moving about one million barrels per day on their own. We have started getting those documents." So, was I wrong about you guy's comprehension skills. The President was busy answering questions not reading a prepared speech. What his words meant was: some ministers were involved in moving up to 1M barells in a day a certain periods in time. Why should you equate to everyday of the year. I remember then in secondary school, in "reading and comprehension" after reading a certain essay, they will then ask for instance : when Mr. Dauda said so so and so, what he mean take was? and they will now give you like five objectives. you guys lack secondary school comprehension skills. You should be able to comprehend beyond written words. |
Lord have mercy! when did the average IQ
on Nairaland become so low and Appualing
PMB says an average of 250k barrels was
being stolen per day. Then he said
mentioned a particular minister who moved
1M barrels per day and opened up to five
accounts for the pocketing of the proceeds.
The moving of 1N barrels by the minister
was over a period of time, not like everyday
for 1, 2 or 3 years. Go and read the press
release again. Why is comprehension so
hard for youngsters of nowadays. |
People are too dull on Nairaland, that some certain mischeavous monikers can easily cleverly mislead them. The average IQ on Nairaland is Appualingly low. This is Babs's speech : “The amount of money is mind-boggling but we have started getting documents. We have started getting documents where some of the senior people in government, former ministers, some of them operated as much as five accounts and were moving about one million barrels per day on their own. We have started getting those documents." Anyone with reasonable comprehensive skills should know, he didn't mean there were moving it everyday for like 1, 2, 3, 4 years or something. It would have been within certain periods of time. Maybe few weeks. Then another time later, few days...... according to how they felt they needed money or whatever... It's mischeavous for anyone to now get a calculator and be multiying 1M barrels by 365 days then by 4 years. Totally stu.pid. But moronic Nairalanders who can't think for themselves will just buy into their foolish and stupi.d argument. |
