He was raised by a white mother and the colour of his skin is definitely not black so he could have been white by choice.
Obama came to terms with the reality of the tag. He was simply not accepted as white irrespective of his individual preference.

people are confusing this whole thing,it not the matter of being cool with everyone…This year is about content ,Niyi was cool with everyone but he’s home,this year is content driven,for example if Maria ND Pere gets evicted early,show will somehow be boring esp that Maria ,,,babe is full of content,people wud Rada vote for her to see more drama…also remember our science teacher yerins was cool with everyone but he’s home.

Yes, content is very important particularly for us viewers but a lot of delawoods over the years have gone far in the game by just staying outside nominations radar. I just started watching so I missed the dude Niyi but he was definitely evicted because he was nominated or swapped. The flip side is, if you can endear yourself to your fellow HMs, you’ll escape nominations and being swapped ultimately pushing you further to the finish line. My take is, content can sometimes be confused for competitive edge spawning envy and wacky nominations same way it can be an asset to team work ensuring the HM is endeared to majority HMs.
So which is more important?
