I just recently purchased a used tokunbo engine and on mounting it, we came to realise it wasn't reving past 400 and even stalls when moving. I have tried replacing some suspected parts from my old engine but to no success. I concluded on taking it to my electrician to look it up but after a month with the car, same old stories.
