My problem now is that they combined my Surname and my middle name together that's my surname is a combination of Ogbe Kelvin while the space for middle name is blank but the first name and other details are correct. I don't know if I should accept it like that and proceed with my registration or I should decline it to see if they will give me an option to rectify the problem.
