@RVP20 I can only conclude that they need more people cos I got a regret sms concerning the aptitude test but surprisingly got an invite for assessment centre. Fingers crossed. God dey |

I guess that implies the exercise is taking place in Lagos only. In any case we should expect the following: 1) A test which will last for some 15-20 minutes. 2) Case study/individual presentation. Your answer to the case study will be presented to one or two assessors. I heard powerpoint is not required. 3) Group task/discussion. You need to contribute to the discussion, be active and assertive. 4) Interview. It should be a competency based interview (CBI). You will be expected to answer the questions based on the experiences you have had and the situations you have been in. There are no yes/no questions. It is important to be relaxed and avoid tension. IyaOmo1: My brother, I'm in the same shoe with u. I was surprise to get the message as well coz I was also sent a regret message in October as well which made conclude that wrkforce are fraudulent coz I know I did well. All the same let's thank God who fought for us and I pray He will see us through again. Meanwhile I plan calling them tomorrow morning b4 I finally embark on the journey coz I will be going from PH. |

I also got a text today inviting me for the assessment centre. But please could someone clarify this situation for me cos sometime in october I got a text from Wfmc saying they 'regret' to inform that I was NOT shortlisted for the next phase. So I concluded that I had been knocked out only for me to get this text msg today |

@danniyal, please what kind/type of topic will be discussed in the individual presentation and also the group discussion. Also how many minutes is the written test? How many minutes is the individual presentation and group discussion? Answer will be appreciated so we could plan ahead. |
