ArmorSeal® Crack Filler

ARMORSEAL CRACK FILLER is a two-component, fast set epoxy paste developed specifically for sealing, smoothing, and fairing applications on concrete, metals, plastics (FRP), wood, or masonry.

The smooth consistency and excellent non-sagging properties allow the product to be used on vertical and horizontal surfaces. Resistance to salt water, oils, fuels and many other chemicals is excellent and the compound is solvent- free and nontoxic. The material must be sanded prior to finish coating.

RECOMMENDED USAGE

Concrete/Masonry: Can be used to fill and smooth hairline cracks, bug holes, anchor-bolt holes, gouges, or divots when movement of substrate is expected to be minimal.

Steel/Metals: Can be used to smooth welds, pits, rough surfaces, irregularities, and seams.

ARMORSEAL EXPRESSPATCH is a 100% solids, low odor, waterbased urethane slurry floor patch kit, to be applied at 3/16" minimum thickness (smooth) and broadcast to yield a 1/4" finished system (textured).

ExpressPatch can be applied with a flat trowel. It is designed to repair and protect concrete and masonry substrates from thermal shock, impact, corrosion, mild chemical attack and abrasion.
