Sickle cell can do that. Go to a tertiary hospital and see a specialist. Most likely, this will be multidisciplinary: Adult hematologists and Plastic surgeons. Get an Xray to rule out osteomyelitis.

Very unlikely to be diabetes cos sickle cell patients rarely have diabetes for various reasons. I will repeat myself again, go to a tertiary hospital and get yourself managed properly. This is beyond a phone consultation.

I didnt know before now that a president can fume and declare orders in a democratic government. Isn't there a protocol that must be followed in these matters? Why is everyone in that government keeping mum? They are probably afraid that Trump will insult or worse release the skeletons in their cupboard. Interesting times.

I instinctively knew that women's rights would be further eroded once Trump became president and I can see that he is right on track.

I totally agree. Well thank God for Monica Lewinsky, we know how to get that piece of evidence. As for cooking, making a short video while cooking and enjoying the food will suffice.

For the promise, I suggest voice recording or better still a record of an exchange of messages on WhatsApp clearly showing him making the declaration.

The exact crime enacted by the assailant. I believe that a device should be created that inflicts the same degree of pain/sensation inflicted by the perpetrator on the victim. Death sentence is too primitive and a convenient way out. Hell must be begin on earth and this device can help with that. If they don't where to begin, they can contact me.

For starters, I suggest the following names for consideration for this initiative
1. Justice through Reciprocity
2. Equity in Justice
3. Proportional Accountability Initiative

I honestly believe that serving jail time serves no purpose for these type of crimes. Neither is death sentence.

The best approach is to keep the person alive while administering on a periodic basis some form of torture that is equivalent to the crime committed.
