My question is this; he was told to accept the admission and change in it school this same 100L that it would be possible with his aggregate of 73...is this possible please? You can make use of it. At most, to avoid delay during physical clearance if by chance your clearance officer is strict . You can do an affidavit of confirmation of name on both certificate as being one person bearing Adebayo Olamide Grace. or get another birth certificate.
