So except you get a job offer from Canada while you're still in Nigeria, the company that want's to hire you will send a letter to the Canadian embassy that will help in processing your work permit , asides that the chances of just getting a work permit is non existent, the best way i can advise is via education, do your masters and from there find a job, that is the surest way.

I would actually recommend Dubai or Cyprus. For Dubai they have 50% scholarship on a number of courses like Computer Engineering accommodation fee will also cover transportation this helps the cost of schooling in Dubai to the same range as Cyprus.
