Celtel is user-friendly & moderate in profit making while mtn isnt user-friendly & are mostly concernd with making too much profit without putting the plight of their customers in mind .
. . Experience they say is d best teacher. . . .tell ur friend to purchase a celtel sim & a mtn sim .then use both within a time limit and see tings him/herself

there's really no 'tracing' on that board that should take him so long ! If he culdnt detect the fault @ the area of the battery terminal, there's virtually nothing else. 'cos sagem chips are sealed! .except it responds to software repair. .forget it!
