If you can say this from your dity mind that you are not aware of the cracked screen without you definding what you picture in your mind to avoid.

Why send it when i told you I am already on my way coming to lagos to get it. Since that day I know you have something to hide.

I don't think we should be emotional about "when" it was noticed, especially since it was a remote purchase.
The "when" can only come into consideration if there is a need to take an action on the said imperfection.

I just pity one guy yesterday... They removed some expensive drugs he ordered for a cancer patient.. Drug meant to last for 2 weeks was reduced to 8 days.

He shouldn't let it go, if he has evidence of his purchase, if complaints of this type are officially reported and they get too much, the NIPOST authorities would most likely send out warnings to all branches about such criminal act.
unfortunately he may have already taken it out of the post office.

I bought it around 6pm yesterday evening (19/08/2020). It was 100% fully charged when I bought it, I used it till 1am today (20/08/2020). And I posted about it @ 12:04pm today (20/08/2020). As at when I posted, the battery was still 100% and I've used for more than 10hrs.
Attached is the receipt of purchase which reveals my phone number.
This is the best Bluetooth Neckband I've ever come across.

Thanks to you all for your recommendations. I finally bought Kky-992 Bluetooth Neckband. And so far, the battery life is excellent. You can't go wrong when you buy this, it delivers over 10hrs battery life.

can you explain how you were able to test this and get 10hrs when you made a request for suggestions barely 24hrs earlier ?

I thank you all fellow engineer for your concern. As regard to the post concerning me above. The guy just choose to paint me black as regard to the issue at hand cos I still spoke to him as at last night when I saw his post cos that was not our agreement. Since i could not send it screen to him we have agreed that refund will be the best option and he accepted. Only for me to see all this now. Even as at last last night when I called him he was still telling me that he prefer sending the screen . Pls don’t tag me a fraud when you haven’t heard the full story from other person . Have tried to maintain my integrity and other that have waybill goods to in other state have commended AND ALSO RECOMMEND. Pls before you tag someone a fraud at least you will have seen or hard many reports about him. Thanks to you all
