There are rules and regulations which Allaah the Creator had made as guidelines for his creations, sometimes they are specific and sometimes they're general rulings which would then be applied to individual situations.
For example, according to the Shari'a, it is prohibited to expose the private parts of the body and also prohibited to view the private parts of other's body except those that one has authority to view. As we all know, betting is also prohibited, likewise it's earnings and associated, similar ruling goes for alcohol. Now when you look at football as it is nowadays, you can't separate all these from football except it is a match you're playing amongst those that understand and wear the correct clothing that covers the privates and also doesn't involve betting. So yes, football as it is today is something one should be wary of.

NB: The privates of a man in the Shari'a is anything from the knees to the navel, and if you would be sincere, when watching football today, the thighs of the players are usually visible amongst other things, and how about the females? That's a total No No.

by "carry" do you mean charge? if Yes, then if it isn't the inbuilt battery, you'll need to use an external charger to deliver sufficient charge.
and the batteries could be either a single 12V battery or 2x 12V battery depending on the input voltage of the ups.

best is at C20 discharge rate which for a 100Ah battery is 60W at a go, higher than that is possible but it would impact on the battery, you can do the rest of the maths to know how long.

I understand your point of not discharging the battery below a set voltage/percentage of discharge but the calculation you're using to advance your argument is flawed, when a battery gets discharged, it isn't just the voltage that reduces the amount of current stored also diminishes a battery rated 12V -100AH... 1200W can supply 600W which is 50% DOD(neglecting losses for the sake of argument) and it's voltage would remain a little above 12V depending on the state of the battery's cells.

(2) The RAM atleast 8Gb (but I Recommended 16Gb) will do for a start you can upgrade with time. (3) The Storage 500Gb Hard Disk Drive HDD but for better performance install a Solid Disk Drive (SSD). I personally don't put much emphasis on Graphic Cards though I can understand why people will need them and as for the manufacturer you can go with Dell or Lenovo but Hp and Acer will not be bad idea.

You should be able to work with programs like Sublime, VS Code, Visual Studio 2017 comminity edition, Adobe Phostoshop or Illustration, SQL Server, MySQL or MariaDB, Webserver one or two virtual box. comfortably without stress.
