abbey621: Any woman can be slapped or beaten if she deserves it. We are all humans, I've learnt to never say never when it comes to relationships. Women are always quick to cry foul whenever issues of domestic violence comes on but if we carefully analyze majority of domestic violence situations, women were the instigators especially in western cultures(My uncle's wife slapped my grandma, my uncle slapped her back, she called police accused him of domestic violence. Uncle lost his house and his freedom).
My advice to real men out there, if a woman starts demanding equal rights in your home, get rid of her. If she doesn't see you as the head of the household, you're only going to get frustrated and we all know what frustration leads to....... Finally there are several ways to deal with a woman besides hitting her, a wise man should educate himself on a few of these methods, it pays far more than violence!
Women are the real cause of marital problems but they will never accept this..Check every dispute in a family, the woman is the major cause of the quarrel. I know of a woman that slaps the husband regularly, just because the man dey form i will not beat her until she slapped him in the public. Thats when he knew that enough was enough..the man waited until they got home and dealt with her big time..since then, she respected herself.
am not in support of men beating their wives unjustly but women should also not frustrate the man to do it.

The Nubians of Sudan who were the actual builders of the Pyramids after Egypt fell to Persian, Greek and Roman occupation went back to Sudan and continued to build Pyramids there for themselves. Today, Sudan has more Pyramids than all of Egypt put together but you will never hear of the Pyramids of Sudan. So-called Historians and writers continue to ignore the Pyramids of Sudan which are exactly similar to the Pyramids of Egypt.
All ancient latin texts all confirm that ancient egyptians were a black people with wooly hair. Aristotle, Herodotus e.t.c all confirmed that in their books.
They would want to downplay the evidence of African might and civilization and tell us that some foreign and 'superior' race built the pyramids yet there is not one single evidence of the pyramids built in the so-called foreign region the 'suprerior' race came from. Now Africa is being divided. They are telling us that Egyptians and Sudanese are dark-skinned 'caucasoid'. It is very easy to conveniently claim a black-skinned black man as caucasoids yet the african americans in their back yards who are even more mixed and much light-skinned are considered black. The one-drop rule was applied to african americans (one black ancestor in your lineage makes you black no matter how white you are) to consider them black but conveniently claim Sudanese Nubians and Ancient Egyptians to be 'dark-skinned caucasians'. In other words, white people with dark skin. This shows the extent some people would go to discredit africans of their history and claim it as theirs. It is so difficult to accept that the blacks (ancient Egyptians) are the originators of science, mathematics, philosophy, medicine e.t.c.
Some pro-african traditional religionists would not understand the on-going war to discredit africans of their history under some superior vs inferior race agenda until they've traveled out of Nigeria and lived in foreign lands and experienced, first hand, how Africa and Africans are looked down on.

Even if Ancient Egyptians were black, as I believe. It doesn't really matter. Zulu are blacks and it doesn't mean people in Nigeria must adopt Zulu religions or customs.
Same for Jesus. Even if Jesus was black, it doesn't mean we need to adopt his religion. Each people in Africa have their own spiritual beliefs.
While distantly related to each others in time. For example, all Niger-Kordofanian speakers share a common past (at the very least at the time of the proto-Niger-Kordofanian language). We still have evolved and migrated in different regions since that time to become our own people, with our own religions and customs.
Freedom of religions. Freedom of beliefs. Freedom to not believe in any religions (atheism, agnosticism). Religious pluralism. Diversity of religions. Are the best protection against fascism and those who want to restrict our liberty.
At the end of it, each family can even pray and communicate with their own ancestors and grandfathers if they want to. That's African beliefs. It's also true for many traditional spirituality and non-Abrahamic religions around the world.

President Goodluck Jonathan on Tuesday appointed Obi Asika as Senior Special Assistant on Social Media. He replaces Reno Omokri.
He was born Obodoechina Ukpabi Asika on 3 October, 1968, and hails from Onitsha in Anambra State, eastern Nigeria.
Obi’s father, the late Anthony Ukpabi Asika (28 June 1936—14 September 2004), was Administrator of East Central State during the military regime of General Yakubu Gowon.
He is a 1990 Law Graduate of the University of Warwick and Chairman/CEO, Storm 360 Ltd from 2008 to 2012.
Asika worked as an executive producer on Big Brother Nigeria, Doctor’s Quarters, Dragons Den Nigeria, The Apprentice Africa, Calabar Rocks, Etisalat One Million Dollar Show, 100% Naija and Naija Sings.
In 2008 he was appointed Non-Executive Director of Copyright Society of Nigeria (COSON), a position he occupies to date, and he is Founder/ Chairman of Dragon Africa.
He is married to Yetunde Bakare, a lawyer.
Meanwhile, minutes after the news broke out last night that Omokri had been replaced, Nigerians took to the different social media to jubilate and mock him.
Contrary to rumour that he was sacked, it was learnt that Omokri, who recently was fingered in a burglary case that involved the burglars stealing N25 million belonging to a group supporting the re-election bid of Jonathan, got demoted and replaced by Obi Asika.
Apart from this, a recent poll Omokri conducted between his boss and the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Muhammadu Buhari, saw Jonathan losing to Buhari. The poll was shut down in controversial circumstances.
It is however not known if his demotion is related to the growing controversies surrounding his person or if President Jonathan is simply not satisfied with his performance.
Many of those who took to Twitter last night urged him to dust his resume and start looking for another job.
Some even told him about some companies and banks in Nigeria which currently have vacancies for him to apply while some reminded him of how he blocked them for criticising him.
One of the respondents with the Twitter handle: ‘@ebuka_akara’ told him: “bros @renoomokri, Immigration and Union Bank are currently recruiting. Should I send you the link with the Fear of God?”
As the tweets became unbearable, Omokri asked while quoting the Bible: “ why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?”
