You want to freeze an account, how selfish can you be? Because of how many millions? Go ahead and try your luck, I can bet you that you will be badly burnt. Go to the Agritech threads and see what is happening with funds mismanagement at ThriveAgric and the likes.

We are all affected by this delay, but one just has to give them that benefit of a doubt. For me, December ROI is not even in my plans. I have made up my mind that by January things will be okay... MBA had all the reasons to bail during COVID-19 if y'all think it's ponzi, the joke is on you.

When i complained last two months,so many investors laughed at me and called me an audio investor.I knew it will come to this,so many complains here and there now.Have said it before here dnt come here and complain go to their office and make trouble.Lt me jst give you guys a little tip how i got my own Roi for last month.I got a lawyer,i told him every thing abt Mba,showed him my MOU.He charged me 25k to get a court injuction.We went to their office and told them that we give them 24hrs to pay me my ROI or they will be forced to pay damages.I got my money there and then.So dnt mind any body telling you nothing will happen.

I am already filing a suit along with others to get my Capital back. They will continue to oay me due ROI until my Capital is refunded.

If an account is to be frozen, it is done through Exparte Court orders. Before MBA has an opportunity to respond, it would take at least a week. Once response has been filed, the court fixes a date to hear it. That is another 3 weeks. Plus at least 2 adjournments, that is minimum of an extra 1 month.
Which financial organisation can survive with its accounts frozen for 1 month?
That is why litigation against MBA should be prevented at all costs. It would destroy things.

Doesn't even need personal journey through the courts. Complaints to the SEC will trigger the necessary regulatory moves against this unregulated entity, yes, including bank account freezes.

As an 'investor', this is how to kill the goose if you're getting jittery and your ROI held up but at least any money in the accounts will be preserved.

This might also be the convenient excuse the ponzi Sponsors are praying for.

You guys should consider the consequences of what you say here. If you want MBA to survive, don't encourage anyone to file a suit against MBA. Don't try it or all of you would suffer it. The court would grant an injunction which would direct that all MBA's bank accounts be frozen. All funds would then be unaccessible and that would affect everyone.

It is all part of the game. On the 6th I tried to terminate my investment which expired on Nov 4th at the Lekki branch they told me it would take 3 weeks for me to be refunded. But the most annoying is that they would not start processing the termination until I produce the bank statement showing the last ROI,. Yet they have refused to pay the last ROI and no one could tell when the payment would come. I won't fold my arms and MBA would use various tactics to delay payments. I verily believe that the CEO will bail out, hence the deal with WCEP who incidentally deals in obtaining second citizenship. Everyone has to decide what is the best step to take. I am in PH now and will go terminate my investment at the Eliozu office on Monday though the contract expires in January. If I choose to terminate earlier, the clause 10 of the Contract expects me to give 30 days notice after which I will not be entitled to ROI. My 10th ROI was due Nov 9th and I know I am not getting payment any sooner.

This was a strange occurrence for the CEO to pay from investors from his own personal account. Did your mum have contract with the CEO or MBA? Even if he had to use his money it should have been routed through any if the MBA bank accounts. Is it that all the MBA accounts have been frozen?
