zbone: in addition to what dramadiddy said when you use extensions like nines, elevens etc. it is assumed that the flatted seventh is in the chord yea but it doesn't apply to maj extensions oo... The seventh will just be as it is.. |

gameboi: A C2 chord and a C9 differ by what? 'cos Someone is trying to confuse me.
@ Karleb it seems your phone doesn't support wav format. I'll try to convert it to a mp3 format. they differ by distance.. C2 will be C D E G, while C9 will be C E G D- (D note is on the next octave).. 9,11 and 13 r numbers used in extensions so once it's a 9,we r tlking about something that is in the next octave |

List of churches that have big opportunities for musicians
1) HOTR (House on the rock headquarters)
2) Breath of life ministry (Headquarters)
3) RCCG City of david
4) Trem headquarters
5) TPH (This present house headquarters)
6) Trinity house
Their branches might open you to opportunities too but I'm not sure.. |

gameboi: but some keys are tougher to play than others. Personally, I don't like the Keys of D and A. That's why I prefer to play in the Key of F# or Bminor. All other keys are a Piece of cake.
@ drammadiddy. I prefer the 1-6-7b-4 chord progression to the other one. It has what I'm looking for. yea keys E, A and D have somewhat a complex maj scale structure... Okay.. Happy playing |

Really shameful, we should understand that the words in music are powerful.. Esp well produced music.. If u keep enjoying "story for the gods", next thing u wanna learn the lyrics, next thing u wanna do "sina".. Too bad! |

Karleb: I know a teacher would not embarrass him but won't he be embarrassed for someone that's been playing for years?
@mimo1. Exactly my point! dats if he explains, lemme paint a scenario.. Wen I ws in sec skl, we didnt hv a music teacher, but when he came, other students in the skl were hypin me, "ah he cn play o", so the music teacher sent for me... When I came to the room, he asked if I can play piano.. Immediately, I said "yes very well ", he then asked me "wts d relative minor of C?".. I said "i dont knw dt one but I can play" lol.. If I need a music teacher and I send him a message on FB assuming, and I say, I cn play somethings but I do not understand theory, he wouldn't bother asking me what is a polychord unless he has taught me that |
