Career › Worker In A Foreign Company In Nigeria Found Dead by Dramadiddy(op): 6:56am On Oct 03, 2014
I watched it on the news yesterday and I was trying to get the whole story from the net but it wasn't really possible...Well from what I read yesterday, a young man of 26, working for a foreign company in Iju, Lagos, Nigeria was found dead in the gutter. According to channels, this young man was really sick and asked his boss for permission to go on treatment, and his boss refused, saying he must work, well this lead to the man's death and they decided to drop him in the gutter, I hope the government is taking note of things like this

darlingnuel: Innovative advancement? Whatever u meant by that! SME data sharing or re-selling is a legal product from some network providers like MTN & etisalat. Our concern is that some scammers av highjacked the bizness. Confirming someone as legit shouldn't be a one-man decision, rather unanimous! That's my point! For instance, someone here brought a report against one of ur "confirmed" dealers... Huh?
that the dealer did what?

Education › Re: Should Sex Education Be A Part Of Educational Curriculum? by Dramadiddy(m): 8:16am On Sep 23, 2014
I think it shd be part ooo, no wonder research has shown that those girls in the uk lose their virginity at 13,14, it should be taught by the parents and teachers because if u dont teach them, any kid that has been exposed to sex will convince them to try it out
Music/Radio › Re: A Thread For Keyboardists by Dramadiddy(op): 8:33pm On Sep 22, 2014
CoolHunk: Creativity? I'm actually talking about the piano: when a pianist accompanies himself with the left-hand. If I play a I7-IV7-V7 progression in the key of E, you know the most consonant notes would be the root and fifth of those chords. For example: I7 would sound good with E(root) and/or B(perfect fifth) in the bass, et cetera. But you know one can't keep playing only roots and fifths, that would be boring. So do you play 6ths, 9ths, 13ths etc to spice up the low end of your progressions?
just listen to songs nd u ll have an idea, listen to songs dat were played by a live band surely you will have an idea
Music/Radio › Re: A Thread For Keyboardists by Dramadiddy(op): 5:50pm On Sep 22, 2014
CoolHunk: Okay...what makes a bassline effective?
it depends on the bassist's creativity
Music/Radio › Re: A Thread For Keyboardists by Dramadiddy(op): 3:08pm On Sep 22, 2014
CoolHunk: I hear good basslines don't stray away from the root note too often. So what do you do to add interest to your basslines? Like those killer African basslines we hear in makossa and whatnot.
I don't get the statement

Karleb: But, wait o.

If the 1 2 5's are called sus2, then what do you call the 1 3 5's?

Anyways, you can try these on the scale of F and tell me how the sound feels.

Bass: F C F Bb D Bb C C G C Bb D C F

Treble: C A F D Bb F E C D Bb F.

Or does it seems familiar?
1 3 5 is major
