Before planning to lose weight, consider ur genetic make up. If ur family is naturally fat, the needed result may not be seen. Secondly, consider ur current BMI (Body mass index). If ur BMI is less than 20,avoid losing weight; else, if u do there may be problem. On the other way, if Your BMI is more than 25,ur qualify to lose the extra pounds. After considering all that, You can imbibe on these techniques:

(1) . Avoid late night meals

(2). Avoid sedentary lifestyles, exercise as much as u can daily. For those with bulging tomy, sit up exercise and tomi belt will help. Flee beer.

(3) Fall in love with lime (But ladies Who set to take in must avoid Same as it can hinder pregnancy).

(4). Skip meals.

(5). Much fatty diets should be avoided. Good fruits should be Your watchword most times.

(7). Never You try synthetic drugs, You may not get the needed result.
