As a woman confirmed pregnant clinically, there are certain health and spiritual rules you are expected to adhere to if you must deliver like the women of Hebrew. Some of the rules are given below:

Don't wait until the 3rd months before registering for antenatal. As soon as you are confirmed pregnant, please register for it. Forget about TBA if you can afford modern medical facility. 2. AVOID THE FOLLOWING REGIMENS /MEDICINES 3-WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR DELIVERY DAY.
The regimens to avoid are Garlic, Ginger, aspirin, ibuprofene and anti coagulants in the likes of warfarin and heparin. They have ways of distabilizing your blood clotting factors.
Consequently, they have ways of bleeding you to death immediately after delivery. So unfortunate, in this type of bleeding, Medical intervention with oxytocin can not yield any quick result. At last, it will leave your doctor totally confused! ..Therefore, be mindful of what you take in mostly in the form of drugs whenever you are pregnant.

3. PAST SURGICAL ABORTIONS
During chronic abortion, your womb might have been seriously torn. During labour, the little tear can tear beyond control into your major blood artery. 1. Its either you will have obstructed labour. Those with weak spirit can easily give up when the obstruction and lingering pain is longer than normal. or
2. The baby may suffocate to death
3. You can damage your sexual visceras (Vesico vaginal fistfula, rectovaginal fistula, etc etc)

2. WRONG DIAGNOSIS: These quacks have no proper knowledge of human body other than struggling to name part of the body. Physiology, biochemistry and basic pharmacology of the substance they will even administer on you, appears like Latin to them.They are so good in joking with human life by using her as Guinea pig for their trial and error treatments. It has never occur to them that life is one. It has no duplicate!
3. USE OF ONE DRUG TYPE TO TREAT OVER A HUNDRED ILLNESSES: This is pure quackery and gaming with human life in the highest level. Imagine using anti asthma medicines to tackle hormonal problems like menstrual cycle delay in ladies.. just imagine that!. Pathophysiologically, what is the link between the two? Pharmacologically, how wise is the acumen?.
