There are 2 alternate frequencies for IRIB on badr 5 ie 11881 V 27500 and 11900 V 27500 @ 26 degrees east. But this partially covers N.East and East Africa better still 4 those in west africa u can track arabsat 5c at 20E C-band.

its possible to track all the MBCs channels with a 90cm dish, what you need to do is to track nilesat at 7 degrees West with this frequency 12322 v 27500. Then you will be there. For the CNN still on the same position in put 11977h 27500. These channels are clear with my mpeg 2 decorder.

Arryadia is at these satelites, Badr 4 @ 26 degrees east on 12683 v 27500 mpeg 2.
And on eutelsat 7WA @ 7.3`E on 11156v 22400 for strong decorders. And on nilesat 102 on 12207V 27500Mpeg 2
