This is 2015 RX 350. What I discovered is that there is an unbalanced mixture through the way the car is running rough at idle and a kind of backfire . I tried to scan and discovered the engine is extremely lean. So I had to like revving it to see maybe it will normalise air with the fuel. And it was normal when reving it. So had to start troubleshooting to know where the air is entering from, before get to know it is from the manifold. We fix it and everything is now working perfectly.

Yes. As the PSI value on the radiator tester is reducing, it is telling us that the water is entering somewhere. So we looked around the cooling system but there is no water dropping anywhere. Until when we checked very well and do some other test before we discovered the water is entering into the engine through Perforated part of the gasket. So we changed the gasket and the car come back good working condition

The car is over heating and when i was trying to do some test to know what could possibly caused the overheating. The first thing I did was putting the radiator tester and after some time I discovered the PSI on the tester gauges has been reduced. I tried to check around to see if there is any place coolant is coming out around the engine... but there was no any but the coolant is definitely escaping to somewhere. That is the essence of using 21st century's diagnostics and repair equipments.

This car vvt is making a kind of horrible noise any we start the in the morning. But what we discovered was that the vvt can retain oil and anytime the engine stopped running, the oil returns back to the bottom of the engine.and for the oil to be able to come up again, it will definitely make the noise at start.
