chukwudi44:Don't also forget that the PDP senators are aggrieved with him over his approval of Amaechi. |
I think Saraki's fans (senators) are fast depleting... From 82 during their last court outing , now they're down to 35 plus the walk-out by his lawyers . Hehe... I'm still observing. Very soon it'll be only him and Ekweremadu that'll be court. ![]() |
Lwkmd... Reminds me of my days in camp. I attended SAED only once and that fast, I slept like this as well.. The other days, I dey go sleep for inside camp clinic. Myself and other medics on camp will just climb one one bed in the clinic and be sleeping... ![]() |

Source now before one thunder from Maiduguri go come blast you there.... |
Mrbllymer:Men I was gonna ask the same thing. Some you guys entered camp, I've seldom seen updates about how camp is going and whether you guys are hooking up. Me I've been coming to your camp frequently with NCCF... Perhaps we could meet in camp one of these days... |
I really pity some ignorant youths shooting about a violent breakout because they never experienced the civil war, they only heard and read about it (if at all). May God not allow that to us again. |
The new comptroller general of Customs Hameed Ali has approved the retirement of 34 officers on Friday, October 30. The Spokesperson for the Nigerian Customs Wale Adeniyi said the retirement of the officers is a part of an ongoing reorganization of the customs service. Adeniyi said: “The re-organization of the Service is one of the core mandates of the Comptroller-General of Customs, Col. Hameed Ali.” He added that the retirement of the officers is with immediate effect. Those affected in the retirement are five deputy comptrollers-general of customs – John Atte, Ibrahim Mera, Musa Tahir, Austin Nwosu and Akinade Adewuyi – who had earlier given notification to the Comptroller- General for voluntary disengagement from service. Others are three assistant comptroller-general of customs – Madu Mohammed, secretary to the Nigeria Customs Board; Victor Gbemudu, zonal coordinator zone ‘A’ and Bello Liman, assistant comptroller-general (headquarters) and other officers of the rank of Comptrollers serving in customs headquarters, zonal offices and various area commands across Nigeria. “The Comptroller-General of Customs stated that the retirements were part of measures to kick-start the re- positioning of the service for improved performance,” Adeniyi said. The new comptroller general of customs is among the many head of agencies and departments appointed by the President Muhammadu Buhari to help sanitize the country through his fight against corruption by public officers in Nigeria. https://www.naij.com/622836-new-customs-boss-hammed-ali-sacks-34-officers.html |

Why is everything here based on speculations ![]() |
Whoa! This is so cool... This is thinking outside the box... Kiddos bro.. |
I seriously didn't know it was this cheap. From now onwards Whatsapp calls all the way |
ALAYORMII:Ok perhaps you're correct . I don't know actually. I asked someone who told me otherwise. |
ALAYORMII:Bros I didn't say its compulsory oo... Pls read it well. I didn't join any of them either.... That's why the option of God is also there too.. However joining either of them is a sure way of being in jalingo and I'm 90% sure of it. |
Horlaz:Either way works. Sometimes, booking much earlier is cheaper than entering on the day of the trip |
taofeeq27: |
taofeeq27:7k or 7.5k at most |
Horlaz:Ibadan is closer than Ilorin to taraba. T.fare is between 7k and 7.5k |
bitty23:Yea there are very good accommodations for doctors there. They pay 60k. |
Horlaz:I'll confirm and get back to you. |
bitty23:Depends on the profession. There's FMC and the state specialist hospital here in Jalingo. Specialist used to pay better but they're misbehaving lately. |
hermic4eva:Except you're a medical personnel or on a special request by an organisation, you'll be posted to a school. If you don't have any connection, the only way to the capital is through God and by joining either band, sports, OBS crew on camp or parade. These groups have a choice to pick where to get posted to. If you still want to redeploy, it's also very easy. |
Mrbllymer:Food is not really expressive. Justokay.com. I don't know any specific ppa that pays "moderately ok". Schools and management's differ. I'm working with the state specialist hospital so I wouldn't know much about other ppas. Other means of getting extra money is by getting an extra ppa (just like I did) , organising extramural classes, tutorials and the likes. If you have a hand work like graphics designing, fine arts, tailoring skills, etc you can put it to work here too and make some extra money. Internet connection is not bad at all. MTN, Airtel, Glo, Etisalat are all okay though depending on the place your posted to. Eg I've been streaming the ministerial screening live with my Airtel. That's how good it is. On social amenities, there's a relatively stable light gets in jalingo. They rarely take light. There's also good borehole water. Housing is okay too. |
[quote author=Mrbllymer post=39259246]thanks bruh! Pardon mai inquisitiveness kinda like to know wat am gettn myself into! Man's belly! How cost of food? Can u suggest Ppa's dat u thnk are moderately owk? Base on kudi! Wat other visible services are highly needed ova dia dat can yield income? State of internet connection? Social amenities availability ? [/quote/] |
annymyke:It's between 20 and 21hrs from Lagos. |
XwhY:Yea. ![]() |
Mrbllymer:State used to pay 10k but it stopped for a while and just resumed again with 5k. I've not heard about that local government allowee in the state. To get posted to capital besides someone working it for you, join either sports, band, parade or OBS ie the media crew on camp. These groups have a privilege of choosing where to get posted. I'm not sure about engineering firms however there's no oil in the state, so if you studied petroleum engineering or its likes, be sure there's no company here. But you'll most likely be posted to a school. PPAs vary. It's not a unified ppa salary scheme . T.fare from Ibadan is between 7k and 7,500. But not more than 8k. |
XwhY:It's as easy as the way you typed this question on the thread. |
olabs201:The camp is in Sibre, Ardo-Kola LGA. Just before you reach welcome to Jalingo sign post. Accommodation is not a problem at all. PPA will depend on your course of study. Over 90% of pple in my call were sent to a school to teach. If you're a medic, you'll definitely be sent to a hospital. Then if there's any special request from a company or firm, you might be sent there as well. But basically depends on your course of study. |
