I remember this happened to one of my friend back in 2008 during the glorious days of Olx. he wanted to sell of his powerbike, when he got a call from the buyer to come with the bike from Lagos to Abakiliki. the guy thought the buyer was real , when he made that trip. he never got the bike to their exact destination cos he became suspicious of the buyer's movement insisting he must bring the bike exactly to his house instead of meeting somewhere safer. well, he didn't waste time to return to Lagos with the bike.

true. for now . you need only a recognized Nigerian university certificate to be a public official. dino has a 3rd class degree from ABU. so stick to that argument at least that's what SR accused him for at the first place .
