I applied since october 2 but no medicals yet so i messaged the embassy about the delay only for them to reply me that i should confirm that i ticked my youngest sister accompanying me and if true i shpould give reasons why; i was shocked , only for me to check the imm file and confirmed it was true i did that in error.
i sent a mail apologizing for the error.

You have no cause for alarm. That's an ordinary mistake that would not affect any of your information provided. They are still on October applicants as far as I know so just calm down and keep praying .

Well... Guess the PGD is the issue cos i addressed all issues raised in GCMS note.

1st application: PGD International Business Management
Bachelors degree: B.Ed Economics. (Didint add my 2nd bachelors degree, Bsc Applied accounting)
Reasons for delay:
1. purpose of visit
2. Current employment situation
3. Length of stay in Canada

2nd application: PGD International Business Management
Bachelors degree: B.Ed Economics added Bsc Applied accounting, Advanced diploma in accounting and business from ACCA (a global professional accounting body) ACCA completion certificate

Other docs: All employment letters from two previous companies and current company, application for study leave, Leave letter/ Leave certificate granted 2 years study leave, recommendation letter from company, payslips.

Reasons for delay:
1. Travel history (Been to Dubai - 2014)
2. Purpose of visit.

Brethren... What else can a man do? Genuinely want a business management post grad qualification cos i am a chartered accountant already and cos of the position i am aiming for in the company i work.

Bro after reading through your profile, I will strongly suggest that you go for an MBA. MBA would be the best match for you considering your experience and educational history.

You can contact the University of West Canada I'm sure they would admit you even with 2.2.

My sponsor is my Mum, but my parents are separated making her drop my Father last name (xxxxx) and she started using her own father name(yyyyy) , same name on her international passport.

All my documents for sponsorship has her own father name(yyyyy) but the only place its different is on my birth certificate which has her name as my fathers name (xxxxx).

And you know our parents, no change of name document cos they dont need it.

What do guru suggest ?

Just provide a brief explanations on the sponsorship section of the SOP and provide documentary evidence in form of divorce or separation docs if any.

However, doing this may mean you also obtain a letter of support from your dad so as to show his consent and approval for the program.

I want to know how to convince the vo that notwithstanding the fact we are not related to is ready to sponsor my education

All academic documents/ NYSC cert, Letter of employment, study leave authorization letter, company introduction letter, 6 months pay slips of almost 200k/month, 2 personal SOA 600k and 1.5m. Receipt of tuition payment of 11kCAD. My Land Deed of assignment/receipt of purchase/family receipt/ survey. birth certs of 3 siblings/ power of attorney from dad to manage his properties.

Documents from mom
Bank statement with closing balance of 7M+ , sponsorship letter, affidavit of sponsor, birth cert, family pictures, Landed documents

Documents from dad
confirmation letter of employment, offer of appointment, confirmation letter of retirement from service, pension ID card, power of attorney to me, rental receipts as other source of income asides pension, sponsorship letter, affidavit of sponsor, birth cert.

Pls state your present qualification and your intended program in Canada and possibly the age on your passport.

The agent explained to me that universities are expensive and college are more cheaper so he insisted in applying he is goin to apply for college for both me and my friend.
The agent ask me to pay upfront of 100k which he will pay to the school in form of an acceptance fee to secure the visa.
Meanwhile my friend that introduced me to him also wants to process Canada through the agent but hasn't got his passport and his gonna do that month ending

Lol...better run for your life. Read through the previous pages on here, ask questions and be guided. Nothing beat doing it youself.

I'm sorry bro, only thing this can be related to is Visa Denial. Go for your passport and docs and let's pick it up from the vo's perspective.

How much exactly were you trying to pay, if is above 150$ you may need to pay from your USD Dom account or get someone abroad pay for you.

A friend of mine introduced me to an agent, in which i had a brief discussion with the traveling agent. He told me i will need to give him my WAEC cert, scanned passport data page, birth certificate and an 100k upfront to pay the school as an acceptance fee then we later talk about the amount am going to pay for his service which is 150k.
Please should i trust the agent and proceed or quit? Please ur opinion is needed

I hv HND in electrical engineering and applied for marine engineering and systems design (technician diploma) at memorial uni. My sponsors had (1st : 25mill, co-sponsor : 4mil) with no dependants. I intend reapplying again but this time my main sponsor will pay my full tuition while the other sponsor will pay some cash(around 1-2mil) into my account to show commitment . I also intend putting some cash of mine (400-500k) into my account since I am working. I also intend using my late father's landed property papers ( which I didn't do during my 1st application ) to show I have asset back home (though it belongs to me and my only(elder) bros. Pls gurus in the house what are my chances cos I intend applying soon.. @Michv, @thesoj and other gurus help a brother out

Good steps you have taken there, well done bro. However, I would like to point out that you might not have done so much even with all the above steps in the eyes of the vo. This is because none of those steps mentioned above have a direct effect in tackling the purpose of visit raised by the vo.

In order to tackle this, you may want to enrol for a course that is directly related to your Electrical Engineering or proof to Vo in terms of strong documentary evidences how your present job functions is directly related to the field of Marine Engineering & System Design.

Without any of the above points, I'm sorry you may not be presenting a better case different from what you earlier presented.

I may have to bitterly drop this here again which recently happened.

you can imagine when a moniker from this forum has me as a contact,got every ''single detail'', loop holes and processes involved in securing TRV and had an agent to finish the process,only to utilize me out of my work schedule in office, my leisure times and thinks using an agent has an advantage and at last i received ''thank you very much/God bless you'' and pays the agent more than N150k which i got to know when i smartly asked about how the application is going only to find out ''I have already submitted''.

my point here is if you would use an agent,why bug me to the core constantly and I do everything to please you,only to find out I am good to be utilized while an agent is good to have a good pay. I don't think I would tolerate PMs anymore from this forum because some/most contacts here are not useful to me,share your problems openly in this forum, if I come online and feel like commenting,i do. if i don't feel like even being quoted, I skim through the pages and leave.

Looool, take it easy bruh. Though I see no issue here bro. Just do yours and leave whoever want to go ahead to dash agent money. You won't know may be their parents had been owing the agent's parent some certain amount that kama is setting in. LoL. But this won't stop you from doing yours and in case you think its getting too costly, I think you can also go ahead to charge like agents. After all it your knowledge abi, anyone who is cool with it will come for you.

With this type of question, you have actually not asked anything. You should know what you need and what you are looking for. Google can help you do this. You can then come back here for better clarification on certain processes or requirements after you ve established your needs. Your course, level of education and educational qualification/grade are all what people need to know before offering any advice or assistance to you.

Visit their website, create an account, choose the services you want and make payment, you will be assigned some numbers which you will quote on all your correspondence. Go to your school and send your transcript to them including a copy of your certificate in an envilope addressed to WES from your school quoting boldly the numbers you were issued after payment. You might need someone to help you pay coz of $ restrictions.

There is no cause for alarm jo. My pension statement was till Dec 2015 when i applied in Oct 2016...I changed jobs and my new employer did not remit pension. Your pension is cash and it adds up to your account balance. Attach it bro

Attaching a pension docs can be so good to your application. However, considering you won't be there to explain why it has stopped coming in since June and in order not to cause unnecessary complications in your sop, I would advise you don't include that. Your account statement with pay slip can equally do the job.

I would also like to go with my daughter as there is no one here to take care of her while i am away. Please house help me out. Which of these degrees would give me a upper hand as per application ? Are dependants' applications allowed too?

After getting two masters already, it is advisable you opt for a PhD. Though the admission process may be challenging but it would all worth it at the end of the day. Going for a PhD gives you more opportunity to get funding and a good edge for visa approval.

It's been over 7yrs I came here last after being rejected for visit visa 2007- study visa 2012 respectively. Since then I have changed a new passport with about 5 diff visit visa Malay, Indonesia, Dubai, SA, China. Now I am coming back with Gingantic force to take what rightfully belongs to me "Canada Visa". It question, will I have to put on my application form that I have applied before or not knowing fully well that I did biometrics at vfs at that time. Thank you to whoever that will advise on this.

Just present the same info you presented in your previous applications EXCEPT for those situations that have CHANGED. And take note that RIGHT choice of program, convincing SOP with good SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS will get you your visa and NOT much about your TRAVEL HISTORY.

You can get someone in Canada to pay it for you. This was what we did.

I will advice you ask him to send either all or most part of the loan amount into your account since you said its meant for your study purpose and explain it further in your sop. You can also provide some evidences like the loan application forms where your husband indicated the purpose of the loan being for your study purposes.

Bro I'm really so sorry for your refusal. I'm sure you don't have to wonder too much on the reason. I will advice you get a course closer to economics or just go for economics masters to be on a safer side. The vo has obviously doubted all your job experience in HRM but rather decided to state those reasons.

This is a file that tells you the EXACT REASON for your denial. The VO briefly tells you what exactly he saw wrong in your application.

You can get someone who is in Canada to order it for you at a price.

A lot of factors will have to be considered. Factors like his age, his source of income, the exact relationship and why is sponsoring you. You can pm me for further info.

Did you even let the person realize what he did was bad? You rather picked up on the person that did the right thing. Surprisingly, what you did and what he did collectively may/can impact negatively on his app and even every other person's app.

You are surprised yeah? What you don't know his what he just did in a way will rather help you or other people's apps. This is because in as much as here is still a public forum, it is accessible by anyone, yes anyone, even the VO himself. So what kind of conclusion do you expect the VO to make on Nigerian applicants after coming on here and see how people are given encouragements upon misrepresentation of facts in their apps?

And the funniest thing is the same person might still end up being the person that would help the guy out but you have rather called him out.

I'm not the most sincere type of person but let's always be conscious of the implications of whatever advices or
words we said on here. That's why sometimes l decide that some advices are better given via pm and insist that the person pm me.
