If your result is pending for whatever reason, you can do a print screen copy and paste of the screen shot showing your jamb reg no and the problem. They may allow you to do the exam with this pending when your result is released. Just ensure you do the entrance exam. Just my two kobo advice.

Go with your jamb cbt exam slip that shows you are yet to do your own exam. I think they would consider you and let you bring your result later. You may be surprised that they are aware of these issues, moreso you are not the only one.

Registration for the 2013 external WAEC exam is now online but would require biometric capture of candidate's fingerprint.

Jamb releases centres piecemeal & gets filled within hours, hence you may not notice unless you are checking every hour. Jamb should quickly resolve issue of centre scarcity, otherwise a large number of candidates would be denied. Even cbt centres are not available for now.
