You can still change to any school of your choice since most schools are yet to start PUTME registration. Changes made now reflects immediately on JAMB database. Changes reflects in institution whenever they download their data from JAMB database. Some schools even download every week during PUTME registration period. And some will download only once before reg starts. It all depends on the institution.

You can now do it by yourself with your phone or lappy with pdf reader.

You can now change to another federal uni. The error (or whatever it was) has been corrected. But to those that have changed to state uni during the period of the error, sorry is your case. Note that JAMB is not consistent with its procedure, it is always changing. Lesson: wait whenever JAMB process is not in your favour, they just might change it.

To pay the minimum wage is very easy for FG. All they need to do is to increase dollar rate and voila more naira notes in the hands of FG.

Please if the passport is not showing on the submit page but it was successfully uploaded and initially showed on the passport upload page, what could be the problem? Passport size is 41kb , 600x600 pixel. Thanks for your response.

Though the amount is small and the notes mutilated, the fact remains that she is lying. So she must have intentionally roughened the notes and safely hidden the remaining.

I am very much in support of this idea to use BVN as the user name and surname as the password to the gain access to the voting platform.
Apps can also be created that works across mobile OSs to inclue Android and Java.
The website shoud work across browsers and operating systems.
Major issue
1. Hacking:
To be solved by engaging site testing companies from US, Russia, China and India to test the site for loopholes. The countires would work against each other to our advantage.
2. Poor Internet Network:
Space the elections to take place for about 14 days. And all the elections should go on simultaneously.
Ensure that the bandwidth is of highest quality and quantity. The money is available. INEC can also provide free wifi at specific locations.
3. I know that BVN is also allocated to Corporate bank accounts, but this can easily be separated from personal BVN accounts.
4. Easy vote buying:
This cannot be eliminated. Your BVN is private but if you choose to give it for money, no one can stop you. It is your choice.
5. Government manipulations:
Make the database read only. The database should be designed majorly fro uploading. The only allowed changes should be to update party details /logos and election arrangements.
6. No country is doing it:
They are quite efficient in the syetem they are using. We need to try this and improve on it. Other countries may copy us. We can set the pace.
7. There other issues but all have solutions.


Advantages:
1. The BVN database is presently the most efficient database in Nigeria. And to the best of my knowledge, no single person has two BVN numbers.
2. Most of the underaged do not have BVN and cannot vote.
3. Everyone that has bank accont with BVN can vote and I believe this should be about 60-75% of Nigerians.
4. Nigerians in Diaspora can also partake in voting activities.
5. Lower cost of running elections
6. Absence of thuggery, shedding of blood and killings
7. There are other advantages too.

I have quite a few things more to say but let's have others opinion.

1. Log into INEC website
2. Validate yourself with your BVN number
3. Vote for candidate of your choice.
4. Log out and close portal.

There will be no one to snatch ballot box

PVC is linked to primary BVN phone number.

1. Send an SMS with the party of your choice and post code to certain short codes.

e.g,
"APC" to "3067" for President
"PDP, SOMOLU FED CONSTITUENCY" to "3068" for Senate

Option 3

Link PVC with NIN. NIN is already available for all citizens.

INEC sets up USSD portal *925# for election purposes. Available on all major networks.

On election day, use USSD on your primary phone number linked to your NIN to vote for candidate of your choice.
