We have said it here countless times that the amount you bought an item, is immaterial. What’s important, is the price now. These above bolded statements are contradictory. The fact that you used it for even half a second, vitiates it’s ‘brand new’ status. Hence, you should either sell as fairly used or take it back to the store where you purchased it...and see if they’d refund the same amount you got it.
What’s the assurance that you didn’t suddenly unplug it when you noticed it had issues? Besides, who was the time keeper with you, keeping track of the minutes it was plugged in? You should consider the risks the intending buyer is also going to take...buying from you, and not from a store. You should always let this reflect in your prices. Cheers!

Hi guys,

I just moved into a 3 bedroom apartment in Oke -Ira, Ogba. Its a beautiful apartment all ensuite. Visitors toilet, POP with parking space and the street has interlocking tiles - The complete/total package. I've stayed in the apartment for less than a month and i need to move because i've been moved to my Ikoyi office and transit to and fro work is hellish.

I'm not exactly subletting. We can meet with the landlord/caretaker if you so desire.

Please let me know if you are or you know anyone interested in the apartment. The total package for the house is 1,180,000.

I once paid for rent like this until I realised I was dumb paying such for a rent. I now live in my own house with better facilities than the rented one. I took the hard decision to stop being stuupid. Anyway, everyone have reasons....
