The car would need several fixes hence the low price.

Faults are:

1. The condenser needs to be replaced. 10k market estimate
2. The car has scratches on the side and front and car will need to be oven-baked.
3. The back shock absorber needs to be replaced - 12k Market estimate

Every other thing is perfect!
