The number 2349064316457 has been flagged as spam since as far back as 2016. Numerous handles have reported on his dubious activities and the number is included in the scam list. This is why you have to search properly the details of any propsective client you want to trade with. The search function has saved a lot of members from being victims of fraud.

It was at these junction I later knew the guy was a fraud when he gave me a moniker of a nairalander
" Merit4 '' as is moniker.

He even mentioned of these guyz in the cause of the chat that he knows them and we should use funlord as escrow but as funlord turned down been an escrow. I decided to deal with him directly, and never knew he was fraudulent.

He gave me these account details after the fitstbank account he gave me wasn't going through

I will appreciate any help from you guys, Am here doing my business without any issues nor av I ever defrauded any person on nairaland or the outside world . I know we have nairalanders who can help track him down. I seek you guys indulgence at these point. I foolishly trusted him after he sighted a claim of Having trust issues after he was scammed ,That made me send the money to him first and was expecting him to send me the paypal funds . And ,What I will see is that he kept playing on my intelligence till yesterday evening and blocked me overnight.

I received a call this morning that someone is using my User name to defraud people

Pls endeavor to do due diligence before sending money to anybody. If the scammer quote's a user name pls search for the name and ensure he or she is using the number he wrote on his page.

A scammer defrauded someone of #30k and he claimed my username, His name is Onoja Michael Otene.

Pls, I am the only merit4 on this platform, if anybody claims my username, with another number that is not on my page, pls do not transact with him. Endeavour to call the number on the page first.

Why would you inflict pain on someone who means well for you....... Why would you decide to pay back with evil for the good I did for you. I trusted you just because of what you said and told me, U scammed me of 30k for PayPal transfer which u promised to send to me after u received my money. Now , U blocked me and even impersonated a nairaland member all in the name of getting rich but u have forgotten Atunbotan.
