Morning Comrades. I need some inputs o as regards house and council tax. I stay in a studio Flat in a building which has about 6 studio flats room. And the father of the landlord actually told me it was all bills inclusive at first . I packed in paid 600 without any agreement papers. Along the week. His grandma died ,so he travelled to Pakistan. And just last mo th his son came and brought the agreement paper and nah that time he told me that it won't be all inclusive again. That the rent will now be 480 after so many arguments with him but water inclusive and I saw on the agreement that inclusive of council tax. Nah when I paid 480 last week. He come dey ask about my council tax to? He told me he doesn't know if am Exempted but I told him am not a student but I told him back that on the agreement u gave , u wrote it there that council tax is Exempted. Nah that time shocked though.

But my question now is that considering where I leave since its not a flat but a studio flat which has 6 different rooms. Am I expected to pay council tax separately or the whole house would be billed by the council and everyone will now pay or the landlord should divide it on every occupant . Cos ,these thing looks confusing to me o.

I don't know which is okay to accept. Maybe to accept 600£ all bills inclusive
Or 480 £ water inclusive ,but nah me go dey pay my electricity bill which is actually a prepaid . The issue gangan now is the amount I would paid for the council tax which am still in the dark about.

please I need the best of advice/ideas to solving this problem before someone does what he no suppose.
An ex patient or service user raised a sexual complaint against her previous carer since last year August and he has been suspended from work ever since. We first thought it would be over soon that its just to do investigation and come up with findings which will either proof guilt or innocence. But loo and behold up till now the issue is still on the table. The last action that sparked outrage was during one session he was asked some questions in which he mentioned hes schooling in a university, so they now went ahead to write the Uni to inform them hes under investigation so the uni asked him to stay away until he is cleared. I cant stomach this injustice anymore. Please how does someone fight this kind of battle. It took months for the details of the so called offence that led to safeguard was even known o. the police have been invited and they couldnt find any evidence of misbehavior. Yet these people are hell bent in destroying a mans life. the only thing was that the girl was given a lift and the discussion was going intimate and he claimed he stopped it and dropped her off at the hospital and went his way. that very week wahala started and up till now na on top of the matter we still dey. No work since last year and the small consolation traing hes trying to do they blocked it without any formal conviction. this BS has to stop.

Nah the genesis of his wahala be that. Make una dey careful with all this oyinbos. Don't be surprised that lady get all the recordings for hand and has tendered it for the work place. The fear of all this oyinbo is the beginning of wisdom . Next time , if he won do the do, make he follow fellow black lady talk.
Make him go start to dey find another job o cos those people might not likely call him back.

Updated. Am against any firm of secual harassment in any firm be it any colour or race. But am only saying that what the guy must have told the lady in question, An average fellow Nigerian lady would have cut the bluff of the guy straight up in the car and warn him never to try such again. But all this woke ladies forming I to know on my mention , Una wan count how many guys wey don see u for street toast u and u cut it off ? Or u fellow worker toasting u and nothing happened at the end.?

Nothing negative there aside the waka waka u will have to do to you clients house in morning, afternoon and evening. Bit it will be easier for you if u can get rmur Accomodation near the client's house. Dom care is sweeter for people that has cars . You can have about 5 clients per day which ure expected to visit all 5 in the am afternoon and pm. But u can just get a bus and pay the monthly fare which is reasonably enough and use that ticket to waka as u like rather than paying daily bus fares.

And to my bro and sisters coming as Healthcare workers. Abeg, hold house rent wey fit carry u for like 2 months o. Cos the work start date wey u see for ur cos is not feasible at all cos by the time they start with documentations, DBS, training. It might be a month after o . And u won't be able to work in other sectors aside health and same health people would not even take u cos they will ask if u have atleast 4 month experience in the UK. And if u say because of money ,u wan go work for warehouse , Nah till end of 5years wey u wan get ilr una go understand wetin befall you.

Furthermore, One thing again it's better if ur wife is the carer and u the husband br the dependants. Than for the man to be the carer. A woman no fit enter factory or warehouse sharp sharp start work unlike a man wey fit start work within one week of entering as a dependant. It's easier for the man to bail out the lady cos the man can work anywhere or go for the fastest job here (warehouse/factory worker) with that, The man fit dey use the salary pay rent and sort other things wey family go need pending when the wife go start work as a carer here. But a situation where husband is the carer and main applicant. And wife come join body . Its always a bit tight for them for the first 1 to 3 months unless they bring enough rent wey fit cater for them for like 2 to 3 months excluding Airbnb money o. grin

I'm asking cos my Employer ticked Yes for me and I am not budgeting for AirBnB so I can prepare for unforeseen circumstances.

Exactly, labour should not exceed 24 hours after inducement. The baby must either come out itself or through operation after 24hrs of inducement. I think the delay omin labour caused the bleeding which resulted in the quack doctor decision to remove womb. Imagine say bleeding dey, and doctor dey tell u say only solution is to remove womb. Lol. Wetin musa no go see for gate.
