I got tied to the fan and was flogged till my back was bleeding for making the Headmaster invite her to school for writing a love letter when i was just 8, had nobody to advocate shit for me then. Happy Sunday NLanders, i'd be needing opinions for my nephew. He brought a situation forward to me last night but i've been unable to reach a conclusion or let me say my conclusion isn't concrete enough. He scored 274 in Jamb and wants to study Computer Engineering at Unilag but his problem lies with his WAEC result. The subject combo for Engineering @Unilag Maths: B3 Eng: C4 Phy:B3 Chem:C6 F.Maths:C5 after calculating the new quota for screening which was 70pts for previous year and he's on 68.2 but he has B2 in another subject which is Geography and not part of basic requirements. He wants to sub Chem for Geography but he isn't sure if it will be accepted. The advice i gave to him was to change institution but he explained he had reasons for Lag which i found credible. Mine was during my summer break after JSS2. I just came back from boarding house with a lot slangs i'm used to. There was this particular one after being asked a question "ask me" (in a sneezy way). I've been doing it for everyone and my dad has warned me to stop it before it gets me in trouble, i didn't heed. Like the proverb "a dog that wants to go astray will never listen to the hunter's whistle". There was this particular night my dad came back kinda angry, i was outside and had a little cold. He then asked me a question, coincidentally i sneezed when i was about to reply. In a flash my dad is outside with his hose, before i could muster a word i had been descended on.
