Install mtk engineering mode

Go to the phone pack and copy out the two imei of ur phone

Den mtk engineering mode to update your IMEI And u are good to go

U didn't do as said press volume down and power simultaneously you will see recovery mode

d recovery reset dint solve d issue... I had to download mtk engineering mode and reinput my imei..my sims are working fine now on the phone...d only problem not yet solved its d nvram shi when my Wi-Fi is on.....note: please my fone is not rooted and all this started when I tried updating my os.. Wasted close to 1gb trying to update , After finishing downloadn /unpacknn it failed to run...I had to reset my fone to see if t was going to work instead it made it worst.... Leme just be managing ds fone like Ds, just to update is a probelmm ...infinix na wah oo

Get a new Gionee charger to check if it will charge. But if the problem remain d same you have to change your sub PCBA(charging port).

I have done factory reset through the recovery mode... am still having d same problem... my simcards will first show invalid imei den it would show network bars after some time but I won't be able do anything on both Sims..can't chck credit, can't browse and can't call .. am rrrally frustrated. ..

Sorry about that please switch off phone boot into recovery mode and perform a factory reset..how to boot into recovery mode, press n hold power plus volume up button when phone power on keep holding volume up, phone will boot into recovery mode
