I think you can relocate after three months. Speak with your local government inspector, he'll tell you the steps to take when its time.

I happen to find myself in dawankin Tofa LGA of Kano state. The only thing missing in that place is power supply and also social life cus of Sharia.

bros ila orongun is heaven compared to where i was posted. I was posted to karim lamido in taraba state. That place is a sh it hole. No light, water, bank. The only fair road to the place is passing through adamawa state from jalingo which takes 8hrs else u hav to pass 2ru swampy bush to get to karim lamido.

You are calling ila orangun lifeless ba?. A town with a college of education and a better redeem church known as pcc(which is even better than some churches in most state capitals). Most of us just think as a corper u should be posted to a funky place whereas NYSC as a scheme was not created cos of that,you said ila has only 1 atm come and ask me and i will tell u d story of how we use to line our atm cards every month to send to ijebu ode from ogun waterside.

I don't know where you came from, but ila is not that bad, you'll be amazed that most towns here in Osun state has just one bank, and that's how we roll, places like oshogbo, Ilesha, ijebu jesa, are still better in that order, you'll be fine, as for the state allawee, no be today o, e don tey, aregbe no dey pay, I'm sure you'll survive, welcome to Osun state, asides the allawee issue, I'm sure you'll enjoy Osun state

A return journey to the nearest ATM costs at least ₦600. Lifeless community without electricity(maybe 6hrs a week), water
