Thank God he has gotten his call-up number. It's really weird that he still hasn't been able to thumbprint but got past that stage to the other steps to finish his registration though. Did he try different scanners on different laptops? Maybe he can try calling NYSC helplines to explain the issue and ask them if this is going to pose any threat to his registration in camp.

Did he ever have an injury on both thumbs in the past? Maybe a burn or anything similar? These might be some of the reasons. On the other hand, he could try to apply any lotion (just a little, even Vaseline would do) to moisten the thumbs at the point of registration and then try again. It really works.

1. He should ensure he rubs the thumbs for some number of times. This will allow more blood rush over to his thumb area. This works.
2. He should try thumbprinting as early as possible. Say 6:00am-7:00am. There's less congestion on the server as of that moment.

However, if symptoms persists... He sure has issues with his thumbs then.

yes na. it's original WAEC certificate, you need to use n register. go and get it from waec office..it's just a day thing plus carry enough money along.10k plus. trust me

Can someone explain to me what the hell an evaluation letter is? This is the first ive heard, ive registered....page says im still being "evaluated", is this what it means. How come it wasnt mentioned on the nysc site? This is bullshit ive got friends who've already printed their slips without uploading some evaluation letter.

Firstly check the NYSC site for foriegn trained graduates info esp republic of Ghana and Benin to get their evaluation from federal ministry of education... bla bla blac

2) I av registered for NYSc and printed by call of number without needing to upload evaluation letter, All you need is calm down.. ur call up num will reflect on your dashboard jx give it less dan few days or a week .

NB; still going to get the evaluation letter to save myself embarrasment in camp.. although i don't know ow am going to acquire d letter.. no show from school and heard d people (FME) in Abuja said they will stop evaluating foreign graduates due to lack of funds.

i choose lagos,abuja and cross rivers...still hasn't recieve any message from nysc..and my dashboard still brings the same msg "you are not yet evaluated"

still Relax, m sure by next Tuesday. it will show your call up number.. Took me a week to get mine

From what I just heard, there is a long queue in Abuja at the moment concerning ' evaluation ' of foreign trained graduates. Also heard after Monday they won't evaluate foreign trained anymore as Federal government is short of funds.

My candid advice! If you have your means, please you have to visit NYSC head office in Abuja ( if you have not been evaluated).

God help us in this country.

Requirements For Registration Of Nigerian Foreign-Trained Graduates

The following are the requirements for registration of foreign- trained Nigerian graduates wishing to participate in National Youth Service Corps:

1.The Originals and photocopies of thefollowing documents are required forregistration and mobilization of foreign-trained graduates into the National Youth Service Corps(pleasenote that downloaded Certificates/Transcripts, Statement of result and Attestation letters are not acceptable);viz:i.First University Degree or HND Certificateii.Complete official Transcript of the First Degree or HND programmeiii.Marks Sheets (for Indian Schools only)iv.O’level Certificate i.e WASC, GCE, SSCE, NECO, IGCE, GCSE, High School Diploma for those who schooled in USA e.t.c. Candidate must obtain credit in not less than 5 subjects (including English and Mathematics) in not more than 2 sittings.v.Medical Doctors and Optometrists are required to produce in addition, Evidence of completion of Housemanship, Registration Certificate with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria/Optometrists Association of Nigeria, as applicable.vi.Pharmacists shall produce in addition, Evidence of completion of Internship and the registration certificate with Pharmacists Council of Nigeria.

Nigerian International Passport showing clearly;i.Entry Visa to Country of Studyii.First Departure Date from Nigeriaiii.Date of Return to Nigeriaiv.Data page of the passportv.Candidates with dual nationality are required to produce both passports for verification.

3.Loss Of Travelling Passportprospective Corps Member who lost his/her passport would be required topresent;i.Police and Immigration reports from the country where the Passport got missingii.Sworn Affidavitiii.Evidence of stay in country of studyiv.The above documents should contain the same information as contained in the lost passport.v.Current Nigerian International Passport

ecowas passport is purple while international passport is green just that on the international passport ecowas is written on it...

Ecowas passport is the same as Nigerian intl passport which you must get very fast....... visit any immigration office close to you.


You cant even register 4 NYSC online without the passport, infact as far as i know- it's the basic requirements for school ( photocopies of data page and stamp of arrival and departure ) to help you get your evaluation letter from Abuja.

Leme ask again

how is your school getting you ur letter when you don't even have a intl passport yet??
