1. He should ensure he rubs the thumbs for some number of times. This will allow more blood rush over to his thumb area. This works.
2. He should try thumbprinting as early as possible. Say 6:00am-7:00am. There's less congestion on the server as of that moment.

However, if symptoms persists... He sure has issues with his thumbs then.

A friend of mine is having problem thumbprinting since last week and as even gone to anotheer registered cafe buh also still the same problem despite people coming in and successfully doing their thumbprinting registration.. i graduated from west Africa and i didn't need to upload evaluation letter online. i saw my call up number this morning on my dashboard. printing it tomorrow

NB: still going to get the evaluation letter o so that i don't av issues at camp...prevention is better than cure
