One 2016 MSc nddc scholar in US told me she received her living expenses and 500k naira two days ago. I am sure she is part of the approved 80 scholars. Everyone need to remind them about PhD already in the system

It looks like a lot of the 2016 scholars forgo the scholarship because of NDDC's reputation on not paying on time and especially NDDC didn't commit the 500k mobilization it promised them. Have you finished your master? Does it mean your tuition was paid but the living expenses. I am actually in naija now. Thinking of going to their office. Let me send u a PM.

My dear, I was wondering too. Everyone seems calm. I havent been paid too. Dont even know what next. Heaven should come to Our rescue. The heart of man is truly EVIL. It has never been this bad. Yet, u have an administration that says it is giving nddc a new face, where did our upkeep money go. Its two months past when he instructed payment, such deceit made newspaper headlines (which of course is their ploy) . The MD cant claim that he doesnt see peoples tweets even if directors are misinforming him. All of them are all culprits to the Offense. Stomach infrastructure. God will visit them for this inhumanity on peoples children.

Scholars at Nigeria and UK needs to stage a protest at Port Harcourt and UK, same date & time, enough is enough. NDDC has never owed scholars this long, if we don't rise up to speak, nobody will do it. We have been patient enough. What rubbish!!!

If they don't pay before the end of this month then all those heroic orders are simply empty promises. It means all men should look for how to survive until they remember we exist.

What exactly is the problem, months after the heroic command by the MD/CEO for NDDC to immediately pay tuition and other benefits, the commission has gone under the carpet and avoid any inquiries.

The CBN no longer restrict dollar payment for students' tuition. What then is there new excuse? I do not understand how a scholarship body expects her awardee to survive in a strange land for months unending without living up to their commitment. Did they forget they have this type of people under their commitment? Or they just went on to damn the consequences of their action. This is a shame and systemic failure in the organisation.

Very soon, NDDC letterhead would not be accepted in various embassies for educational scholarship. They are the only scholarship granting body in the world that do not match their word with action .
