Politics › Re: No APC Governorship Campaign Office Burnt In Enugu.- Okey Ugwuada Ezirigwe by DrGoodman: 7:55pm On Dec 23, 2018
PDP has been in that state for 19 years and nobody ever hurt another. Now APC just touched the ground at they started burning vehicles and houses.

This is bad as the party will now be seen as a violent body.

The e-war is embarrassing and has caused a lot in real life.
I knew it would escalate when my former VP picked Peter Obi as his running mate.

OP, just close your ears as this noise will linger till March 2019. Politicians will cash on it. Infact, some guyz have been paid to do so.
You really think this is about 2019? You're wrong. This started even before the civil war, through bit and after it. It may linger till Jesus comes.

It's impossible for everyone from both sides to reason together. Pride can never allow us do that, it's better the bickering goes on for now.
Politics › Re: Vote Buhari To Produce Nigeria’s Next President In 2023 – Ndoma Egba Tells Ndigb by DrGoodman: 7:30pm On Dec 23, 2018
Who cares about saving an almost sunk nation. It's better to move far from a sinking ship than try a rescue in the face of bitter neighbors.

If an Igbo man rules Nigeria for one year, the whole mess in Nigeria will be blamed on him for the next 100 years. The best bet for Igbo is not Nigerian presidency, but their own country.
Politics › Re: The Shallowness/futility Of The Yoruba And Igbo Political Bickering on social me by DrGoodman: 7:29pm On Dec 23, 2018

The bickering over non-issues is irritating, why can't there be a semblance of decency, fun, interaction and learning on a forum with over 2million registered members without all these bitterness, hate and vendetta everywhere. Even some of the mods don't help either, the job of a mod is not only to move threads to front-page. He's to moderate, like an anchor or a tv talk show host.
It's impossible. Learn to play the game like others.

I love this post so much I have bookmarked it.

I think the issue is Nairaland feeds off the intensity of the heat generated through social bickering esp. Yoruba and Igbo e-wars.

It will not surprise me if this post doesnt make it to fp.

But overall, you have spoken it remains for you to be heard.

Blame Ipobs and their sympathisers from the east for this mess.
Immediately Jonathan lost, they see Yoruba as reason behind his defeat and they resorted to name calling.
Yoruba youths are only retaliating.
This case senior you sef, even from the days of concord newspapers and punch, it has been one bad press after another targeted at Igbos by the Lagos ibadan junk journalism.

What you see today is an attempt to balance the story, and the Internet is a level playing field for that. So relax and enjoy the bickering because it ain't gonna stop this century. grin

Why give them the stadium to use since they might bring herdsmen with cows to eat the grass on the football pitch?

Let them campaign at the motor parks.

Oshigun:
Bruv, Igbos have cornered the market in hatred of others so please don't play victim. Is there a SW or SS Kanu-style hate preacher?

Kanu is next to Shekau of Boko Haram as per those disturbing the peace of Nigeria and even Shekau talks far less than the hateful and attention-seeking Parrot Kanu. Adeyanju has been snared and Yorubas back his incarceration because he is a disgrace to us.

You lot are just immature and unmanly otherwise you would rise up and deal with those who taint you as a hateful ethnic group and move on from there.

Don't come here squaring up to those who tell you the truth about yourself while you secretly worship the shrine of Ohamumudike Kanu in a private corner of your house.
May I introduce to you, Oba Lil Wayne Akiolu grin

Politics › Re: Presidency: Nobody Can Stop Me From Contesting In 2023 – Okorocha by DrGoodman: 7:34am On Dec 22, 2018
It might surprise you to hear this but, I think Okorocha will win.

I am not a child in Nigerian politics and I have seen how we carefully weed out good candidates that can save us and instead vote people with questionable means.

If the north and west supports an Igbo man as president, they will throw their support on this charlatan, with the hope that he will destroy the south east the way he punished Imo state. But God pass them.

“For the victims and their families and those who share their pains, the Governments have failed woefully.
”

But you still supported him and remaind in APC when others ran away from the failure party, uncle, you mumu small o
