hulk616: radiation from electronics are not that harmful. Yes, but it depends. We aren't talking about appliances and normal devices. We are talking about a suit with massive power that makes use of destructive energy. Coming from a suit with that much energy at its possession, the emitting radiation would kill you in milliseconds. Unless, as you said, they create a kind of protective suit to protect the user. Iron man suit takes in air and breaks it down and generate the beam of light so the heat doesn't stay long in the suit. Do you know the kind of energy that kind of suit will have at its possession?! Normal oxygen won't do the job of cooling down a mega weapon suit like that. I'm not even sure liquid nitrogen air will. O2 can't even cool our laptop systems completely, talk less of a mega weapon with that much firepower. His only hope is to live in Uranus, where it's air is -224°C. I believe that's cold enough OR a new way is invented to dissipate that massive amount of energy without damage to the user and his surrounding environment, including people. Suit weight is not a problem, because of the existing presence of exoskeleton and complex control system Yes, but that means the suit needs to be connected to your mind tho. You can't be using voice commands to move each limb. I agree with this one. |

First, we have to try to confirm the specie of the bat; It is most likely the Egyptian Rousette specie aka Egyptian fruit bat aka megabat. The main class is megabat. They are the largest bat specie. Many of their lineages probably originated in Melanesia, then dispersed over time to mainland Asia, the Mediterranean, and Africa. Today, they are found in tropical and subtropical areas of Eurasia, Africa, and Oceania. Megabats are the reservoirs of several viruses that can affect humans and cause disease. They can carry filoviruses, including the Ebola virus (EBOV) and Marburgvirus. The presence of Marburgvirus, which causes Marburg virus disease, has been confirmed in one species, the Egyptian fruit bat. Most megabats are nocturnal or crepuscular, although a few species are active during the daytime. During the period of inactivity, they roost in trees or caves. Below is an image showing the locations of the Egyptian fruit bat in Africa. You can see where Nigeria lies. Cc whitelotus

Filoviridae is a family of virus containing two genera associated with bats: Marburgvirus and Ebolavirus, which contain the species that cause Marburg virus disease and Ebola virus disease, respectively. I believe ignorance has a part to play, in the case of people still visiting these caves. Any contact with the fluids of an infected fruit bat would be dangerous. Cc whitelotus |

hulk616: they are materials that can absorb heat internally and don't radiate it outside. And from there, it can be used to convert to other form of energy. radiation from electronics are not that harmful. But an extra protective layer can be used to protect the user. Iron man suit takes in air and breaks it down and generate the beam of light so the heat doesn't stay long in the suit. For rockets, they are always brought outside the suit first before being fired. Suit weight is not a problem, because of the existing presence of exoskeleton and complex control system

Jokerman: Nothing is impossible with engineering, Research and design Yes, I agree. If the suit was purely AI-driven, it is very possible. But this suit is to be driven by man, we have to take human limitations into consideration.
Brukx: Even if it were possible, it won't be extremely heavy and unsafe to put on Good point. |
