It can be caused by injury. E fit also be lack of some nutrients in their diet.
Some have it for a short period and it goes away when they grow sha. For some, it's part of their genetics.

Can't be a jack of all. Try mastering a particular strategy that suits you. Learn how each indicator works down to the settings. Study the market. If possible, you can derive your own by combining others.
