Why should not having a picture on one's profile be a basis for disqualification? People decide whether or not they should upload their profile; it's their prerogative to do so.

The verification stage is meant to nab fake users from getting in.

This is socail media, real doesn't exist here. You'd be supprised, most of those females who upload new pictures every now and then might just turn out to be the fake ones you have in mind.

I dont think so. If she's fake then she wouldn't get past verification stage.

Alot of new monikas were allowed into the contest in the last edition. Even some with little or no post at all got in. Besides, i see no reason why not having a profile picture should disqualify prospective contestants. Most people just doesn't like putting their pictures on their socail media accounts, doesn't mean they are fake or aliens. Some would rather have memes up there rather than thier images.

I get your point though just saying it isn't an ideal reason to disqualify prospective contestants from the contest. It's understandable if that perimeter is used on voters. My thoughts.
