You want to buy: Seller screams send first.

You want to sell: Buyer screams send first.

I have had an experience with a Seller that once sold to me in which I sent first. He need bitcoins some days after and I was willing to sell but he bluntly refused to send first.

Left to me I never force anyone on a trade. If you're not comfortable, not a problem for me. The 5 naira or 10 naira margin discount could lead you to making a wrong move with a scammer sometimes.
