Year 1,especially to College of Health and Pharmaceutical sciences(Pharmacy).

One year is gone for me and i feel it within my groins to do my best to give considerations to help the few i can reach whatever the media of communication could be.Like any other student i have spoonfuls of experience to post that may be useful to share.

Life is a plan,life is not all a probabilistic theorism.Life sometimes is pure unrealistic thing of chance.Whatever life is,the university is a measure of it.You guarrantee yourself success the moment on getting to school,it is the usual spirit.Almost everything that counts rest on your thriving,and day by day your chances to succeed in every semester depends on you.This primary confidence makes an equal level to reach same grandeur with anyone in the same academic pursuit.So,nobody is given double strenght,double brains to take to challenges you can't surpass.The university system does not identify a sole persona of knowledge,the system is an aggregate of lives of different dexterities and weaknesses.The decision to be any lies in what you do with your time and other relevances.

Nobody is groomed for failure,nobody is burdened to fail.The element of failure or success are inseparable poles of our mental decisions.These decisions are potentials that draw us nearer to one these poles,and whatever comes are resultant field effects.Almost in every strivings,i have to come to understand we make decision everyday,some of these decision are formidable and visible and also less formidable and also invisible.Whatever the kinds may be,a decision made is a decision made.Notwithstanding,any decision takened by the right sense of subjection and objection should lead to a goal-getting.For this most decisions taken are not usually bad but anyhow if a white cloth is stained by an oil slick,it is no longer a perfect white.

I may have to give strains to benign tumour on our goal setting,whenever these tumidity expend all over us,we will do no better in every course offered.
As a College of Health student,medicine to be precise you have three noble courses you may have to offer-FSB,CHEMISTRY and PHYSICS.The least requirement needed to move to 200lvl without repeat is 50% for each-a grade C.A failure to have an aggregate of 50% for each of these courses may warrant a stay back for another year in 100Lvl-the last opportunity to continue the programme.Another failure is usually not tolerated,and it means a complete out for the student.MBBS,medicine student usually being called of this year,i gainfully advice that you don't overlook any Chemistry,Physic and Biology related course and FSB itself.At your first year,you will have to offer Chem130.Anything you hear about Chem130 is thorough.

Anything you hear about Chem130 is true! You will hear that the course is the dreadliest in year one chemistry,yes! It is true! You hear that it is the easiest,yes! It is true! You will hear that Chem130 will groom the highest rate of failures in year chemistry,yes! It is true!
You will learn that Chem130 is what you have actual be learning from what people says.In mine voice,please don't overlook Chem130 especially those that did basic,or must have done one programme or the other before entering CHS.Chem130 is usually cheap to lookout in the surface but when result surface people will begin to hide within their shadow.How should you attend to Chemistry courses in general?

1)Please if you don't know what Chemistry is,don't hesitate to attending classes everytime you have the course.Some toturials are great,you are advice to plug-in anyone.
2)There is no shame telling a friend to teach you what you don't know.Don't die in silence,cause when result comes out you will have yourself to blame.
3)The University is not like secondary school where continuous assessment meant nothing.Your continuous assement is a necessary point to carry you to a good grade.Almost for anything,the good reason you may have to miss out on your continuous assement(C.A) is NEGLIGENCE.

NEGLIGENCE in my own parlance is the act of attending to duties with a low spirit.This is the spirit that eats up mostly the brilliant one.Everything to a brilliant student is small and insignificant.You will almost see from his words and sometime actions that permeates that the things done by everybody does not matter.It is only negligence that will cause any student brilliant or dull to overlook TEST done in the class.It is only negligence that will make you to oversimplified an assignment,it is only negligence to duty that will make the student to have confidence in any form of simplification.Negligence will cause students to leave their Chemistry practical manual incompletely filled.In UP,don't ever submit your chemistry practical manual when it is incompletely filled.You have to fill it up and fill it well.Those marking your chem practical manual don't entertain negligence on your part.Please attend to classes if you not strong.

Go and read A'level materials! Why you may be stressing yourself to know things you actually don't need at the present JAMB will be busy setting precisely little things you think don't matters,and you will keep failing them.

Its a pity things will have to come to this, other universities are harmonizing and getting their school calendar back to normal but it appears some UNIPORT students prefer socials.

I really don't find any sense in standing a protest.A protest,for what?
The ideal of writing exam at Nov beginning is in toto useless and foppish.

SUG won't call up a protest when fees are sky-rocketted,when students are being made to pay for services not given to them in full;the won't call for protest to bring out improvement generally with social,education and environmental warfare with respect to studentship.Here they are wanting to bid a protest by monday to satisfies their greediness,aggrandisement and mumu-rity.

this is an outgoin hot debate in my school. My view (may be biased) is that from d plain thoretical angle, Singh is more trustworthy (easier to crash-read 4 exams. Difiore is also a gud text bt I see it more useful as a guide durin practical sessions. As I said, I may b biased (I mainly use Singh).

But it's so simple and could be use in rounding off stuffs fastly!
Does it mean,it should be read only for practicals?

How does one combine diFiores atlas on Histology and Inderbir Singh's Histology for knowledge and understanding of micro-anatomy?

Please does uniport accept combination of Neco and Waec results? I mean (NECO+WAEC) Because I heard uniport doesn't accept results from two different exam bodies!

Easy Drlaz on DrUche, its hard for him especially when he thought it was all wrapped up.

Its one of those things, my own advice to him is to pick up the basic form and also read harder so that next time there will be no near miss.

Basic programme is great.I share with you that,Comrade.If he can dished out such a score for this year.With no interference,all things being equal-he will succeed in both(basic and putme).
