Like I said, I applied outside Nigeria. Specifically, from SA.
Three month bank statement, stamped by the bank.
Payment of travel insurance to cover a month.
Application form.
Letter of employment and also letter from the employee.
Residence permit for south Africa
Passport
2 passport photo with white background
Flight and hotel booking proofs
Letter of invitation to Greece.
Just these and in a week, it came out.

There is nothing like resident permit. You only have permanent residence permit or temporary permit

I disagree Baba, SA universities are almost at per with that of the U.S. You have a high chance of getting a funding, in as much as you are doing research. UKZN is also an example, you don't pay tuition fee

Do your findings very well, no university is free in SA for a foreigner. If you get funding, it's another thing. But for you to say, SA universities are free to foreign students, I don't agree. I have been to all the provinces and all the universities in SA. I know what I am saying. If there is anyone who will evidently tell me any SA university is free, let him/her convince me with proofs. I come in peace!

We agreed on a price and I have paid this guy over 70% of the bill. He disappeared into thin air, and the job is never delivered after several months.
Well, I will share his details in my next post and I will want it to be on front page, to warn others from dealing with such people on nairaland.
This is why some never get helped in life. The project was just a test as there are other bigger projects meant for this guy.

Quick question to those who have gotten SA tourist visa (especially the e-visa)...does it allow for multiple entries?
I would like to visit SA, and while at it make a short visit to the neighboring country Mozambique, then come back to SA before returning to Nigeria. Is that possible?

Austria is very accommodating and the people don't burg about races. Maybe from my understanding and observation. I have seen quite few Africans in Graz. Some even operate African restaurant, while I have seen few guys doing deliveries for velo foods. The only thing that worries me is the weather, it's too hot for my liking. I guess I would also visit during winter. I love winter. I spoke with some few Nigerians who dey chop 'assy' as they called it. It means those who are granted asylum.

Weather today is so hot in Graz!

I will check Serbia, if I can go with train.
