I will suggest you stay hopeful and maybe send email (Visa Status) to the Alien authority responsible for the city your school is located. On the side line, I saw someone here who interviewed in May just got AM last week or so. You may email the embassy too. All the best!

The signing in process is pretty much the same. Just be calm and follow instructions. Mr Paulinus isn't bad at all. Just do what he says you should even if you're a bit slow be calm.

I got a similar response mail from my alien office ...I also did my interview August 13th.

AXA Mansard and IGI are good. The first one is cheaper though. Google their office address. Doing it physically in their office is better. On their home page (website) you should be able to see the contact of their branches.

On the day of my interview for example; some had theirs with address and addressee (as in a formal letter set up) what is important then was having it hand written. But right now I think you have to type and print it out. The content/stuffs in there matters most.

That is your transcript of academic records. You can always apply for one at the academic/registrar office of the school you graduated from.

The STV Darmstadt is the responsible foreigners authority.


The original application documents were forwarded to Darmstadt.


There the application is in progress.


If you have any questions, you can contact the immigration office.

Had my interview (AD) on Aug 13th. Was interviewed by the "dreaded" lady.lol.
