It depends on the school and course you are applying for. For TU Darmstadt application for some courses for winter 2020/2021 is active already

I'm not really in a haste or pressure whatsoever. Reasons being that I want to start my classes winter of 2020... Seeking for schools that offer admission for winter 2020 seems difficult even on uni assist... Please who knows a way around this? Any Dom account would be fine.
Make the funds hit your own BA is the main thing.

In my own opinion, I think putting the SL or blocked confirmation in her appeal would have help her case and speed things up for her. When submitting an appeal, you should put forward EVERYTHING there is for reconsideration. Good luck to her all the same.

You are to certify "AS TRUE COPIES" just the certificates/academic credentials ONLY. Of course not the CV and motivational letter. Ordinarily the way I see it is: any documents that is a copy of the original must be certified as True Copies. CV and ML are in their original format or states.

what are the documents to certify asides all other certificates, is motivational letter and C.V included pls?
i need to know because i'm planning to making many copies to send to a friend over.

I would like to have a word with you when you are free please (Will appreciate if i can exchange mails with you sir so you can see both emails). I posted it here also not quite long. **My interview was on August 13th. The emails came in today; September 09th.

School/City is TU Darmstadt and Degree sought is MSc.

It is about an issue at hand. Got two mails from the embassy at few hours of interval. The first point to the fact that "For Study Purpose" is missing on my SL (and that I should arrange for a replacement) while the second email says my supporting documents is being returned back to me.

Please is this always the case whenever there is an issue with the submitted SL or is my case exceptional.

I just want to know what my options are while i await my documents from DHL.

No, they don't send emails, instead they return your original documents between 7-10 working days after your visa interview. That's if you're being denied.

I wanted to tell you that they will reject you before I saw this post. That's the way you will receive that SL and then opportunity to correct it.

Just forward it to your sponsor and let him correct it immediately and when you receive the correct one, let me know.

Thanks for dropping word bro.

I was as well disturbed by the 2nd email too. "For Study Purpose" was not put on the SL i initially submitted. That was what the first email from the embassy was about. I was surprised getting the 2nd email after few hours that my supporting documents is being returned.

I would not know if they don't in any case just return the SL which is the the document that have probs instead of rejecting the application out-rightly.

I do hope the attached letter will spell out what the exact problems for rejection is and what I actually have to do to seek a redress.

I also have my own package sent back. The reason in the first email I got is an error on the SL I submitted.

(The declaration handed in contains only “glaubhaft gemacht”, this is not sufficient for the purpose of studies!)

The issue here is how do I retrieve the old SL I submitted to the embassy during my interview so that my sponsor can process a new SL for me with correct inscription "Study Purpose" .

That is not an AM, an AM comes in a different format. There is something wrong with the means of sustenance he submitted so they want another one (SL or BA) to further process his application.

I know they are still working on it, the processing in view. The only exception there is travel health insurance and passport not included which after the SL or BA verification, another similar mail will be sent to him. He had already scale through just the verification of the means of sustenance. When submit, his AM is a sure thing

English Proficiency Letter (to suffix for Intl English exam like Toefl/IELTS in some cases, as some schools requires test result instead)
