Nigeria beat Ivory Coast in 1994, and went on to win that AFCON.

Nigeria beat Ivory Coast in 2013, and went on to win that AFCON.

Nigeria has just beaten Ivory Coast in AFCON 2023 🤔

Perhaps, …….. 🤷🏾‍♂️😄

There's a slight difference this time. In 1994 and 2023, Nigeria defeated Ivory Coast in semi-final and quarter-final respectively. In 2023, the defeat came in the group stage.

Good day all. Please I stumbled on this thread while trying to read about android box because I'm interested in one. I noticed the last time a comment was made in this thread was in July, 2021.
My question is which android box will you advise that I buy at this time. I want a box that I can install lots of apps for movies, live shows, sports etc.
Can I also install start times and DStv app on it, such that if I have subscription on any, I can view in another place via internet but on a TV.

Thanks as I await your responses

Yes bro. If you give this team to another coach, I'm sure they will perform better than this.

Those guys are more mature, taller and stronger than our players. They do not seem 17 to me though.....they are quite cordinated as well.

I agree with you. Our boys need to be more clinica in the oppostion's boxl to win this game.

Agreed but the selection process should have been a bit more comprehensive, anyway a lot of work to be done.
How sure are you it was not comprehensive?

They appear to be mostly from the west and with islamic flavor.
Does that matter. We only need those who can represent us well irrespective of race, religion, tribe,. ........

Look like Manu Garba picked a poor set of players this time, but we'll see.
I don't think so. Offensively, the guys are quite good. Leading at 3-1, the full backs still kept pushing forward exposing the center backs.
If the guys will calm down, I'm. sure they can still win the game.

[quote author=philipbash post=64608944] if you are in Lagos, engage my service but if not, tell installer to track MBC,joy TV and Amos together on a single dish. To add nigcomsat to it is also possible but wind may not make it stable very well when rain starts. Try to get additional dish to track two more on a single dish then use 8way Lnb to link them together. Then you unlock yourself to the world of free to air.[/quote).
Hello house. Can any installer do this for me in Ibadan. I need it urgently and all the materials are available. If you are the one, kindly chat me up on 08060098789. Thanks.

Hi everyone.
Thanks for this thread I've really learned a lot. My own inquiry is this, I've just gotten admission into UI for MPH in Population and Reproductive Health nutrition and I have a BSc in biochemistry. Please am I going in the wrong direction? If I am is there anyway I can switch streams because I'm trying to be realistic about my career prospects in this country of ours. Is this my chosen stream feasible for a career in Nigeria? Although I'm also open to international opportunities.
Secondly I heard volunteering is one way to gain experience as experience is very important in this field of ours. Please can anyone recommend any NGOs or health bodies in Ibadan I can volunteer for maybe during holidays or weekends? And for those who are already studying for their MPH, would I even have time to volunteer, cos I don't want my studies to be adversely affected.
Thank you very much
Congratulations on your admission. I don't think you are on a wrong path provided you are keenly interested in the program you have applied for. I am sure you won't be able to volunteer with any NGO in your first academic session because of the several courses you will take. Some of these courses are very quantitative you will need extra study period to score high marks. By the time you start the program fully you will know some places in Ibadan where you can volunteer. Wish you the very best.

You may want to consider MPH Health Promotion & Education.

hi, I just started my masters in pub health. please. what's the greatest challenge in studying pub health, can u assist me study wise with study materials..
Your greatest challenge may depend on your background and interests. Some of the courses you will take are quantitative, so if you don't like figures, this may be challenging. However, if u are the type that likes calculation, courses where numerous notes will be given may also be challenging. So to do well on an MPH program, both sides must be balanced.

Questions aren't as hard as you'd expect for ug tho IDK about pg. Things like what's the bea scholarship website, input devices etc....try and come early for the screening process cuz that's what takes up your time.

I think the word hard is relative. What is is hard for me may simple for you. Why not tell us the kind of questions that were asked. Not exact questions but for maths-- u may tell us the areas e.g binary operations, calculus etc

See what to expect below

The interview wasn't a pass or fail thing. It was about impressing the panelists, however possible.

Remember they pruned down from 15 to 10 supposedly.

I dropped a clue on what to read before

- Disease triad
- probability
- basic statistics
- history, transmission, control, and prevention of common diseases of public health importance.

In addition to these, try and read on infectious disease epidemiology, especially vaccine preventable diseases. If possibe, you can buy Park"s book of preventive and social medicine and read the first five chapters. Also basic statistical epidemiology such as the meaning and interpretation of odds ratio, confidence interval etc will be required. You may also familiarize yourself with concepts such as bias, confounding, effect modification as they apply to epidemiology.

@ opeyemi. You can't study for MPH Field Epidemiology Practice in UI with Bsc Biochemistry but you can study for MPh Field Epidemiology. Both programmes are different. The former is sponsored by the CDC/Ministry of Health and is targeted at Doctors, Vet Doctors and Lab scientist/Microbiologists who have worked for the governement [federal, state, local] for not less than 2 years while the latter is for anyone whose first degree is in the medical/paramedical sciences. Hope this helps.
