My community (Jimeta Yola) had last weak staged a protest against the epileptic power supply form NEPA and excessive bills. Barely a couple of of days, we made an agreement with NEPA some of which is: No power no higher bill, reconnection is free both signed by our representative and head chairman.
Now 7days later, this has become the current they service us with for 24hours.. Its funny and disappointing.
