Job Description
Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding, training, and managing a team of Marketers who will drive account opening, card issuance, and customers onboarding.

The Personal Relationship Manager will ensure the achievement of sales targets and contribute to the overall business objectives within their area.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Team Management:
Scout for and onboard competent individuals to serve as Marketers within the assigned area or cluster.
Provide training, mentorship, and leadership to the team of Marketers.
Oversee the onboarding process of Marketers, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their duties.

2. Sales and Target Achievement:
Drive the opening of new accounts and issuance of cards within the assigned area.
Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets for account openings, card sales, and activations.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the State products officer.

3. Customer Relationship Management:
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery by Marketers.
* Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
* Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders within the assigned area.

4. Market Development:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned area.
* Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitions activities.
* Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.

5. Operational Excellence:
Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures within the area.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the State Products officer and other departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

Educatinal Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree, HND or OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any other relevant field.

*Experience:*
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail banking or salesSkills:
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proven track record in sales and target achievement.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Personal
