Buhari keeps skirting around an obvious solution to our many problems in a most irritating manner. I just dont understand what is wrong with him sometimes.

We can't afford more borrowing Mr President, the reasons are far too obvious, and so are the solutions.

The fastest solution to our myriad of financial troubles is to DRASTICALLY CUT BACK ON EXPENDITURE OF POLITICAL OFFICE HOLDERS!!!

Those of us who once fervently supported the ascension of Buhari to presidency did so with the firm belief that would be his presidency's guiding principle, extreme pruning of the cost of running the government.

Do away with the excess cars and presidential air fleet.

Do away with unnecessary purchase of new kitchen utensils in yearly budgets when we know these items can be used for a decade without going bad!

Do away with excess allowances. It is sacrilegious one earns allowances in mundane stuffs running unto hundreds of percentages of ones salary. Haba!!

Cut back on these things at the executive end and put extreme pressure on the legislature to tow the same path, and if they dont, they'd have Nigerians to answer to.

These are very simple stuffs I thought he could do, things that would have significantly improved his job approval ratings, but then, baba bungled it.

So mighty disappointed!

All of a sudden, the so called Frugal man from Daura who claimed not to have the needed "pittance" for aspiration form, has now forgotten what frugality means with regards to governance...

From day 1 he and his charlatans have been borrowing recklessly as though they actually have a viable option for repayment...

This is beyond cluelessness. This is insensitivity and extreme wickedness... Whoever takes over from them will have absolutely nothing left to go on with...

Nigeria has become completely useless and rudderless under a so called Messiah!!!

Borrowing that doesn't directly or in directly impact positive economic development is bad borrowing. If you are building trains in Katsina there has to be sufficient goods and services requiring transportation in that axis else it becomes a monument that can't pay for itself.

Secondly we can't continue using aLL are earnings to pay salaries and debts, we need to reduce government workforce with technology. Most government agencies are poorly run, we need to work on efficiency.

We need to encourage free enterprise, we need more people to open businesses hence the need to encourage the culture of value creation. We all cannot develop at the same pace, meaning that the help required for development is different across the country. We need to ensure we get people the help they need.

Says who?

When you are yet to auction Kaduna State on eBay for loan.

Keep on chopping.

There is enough capacity to borrow yet.
